Beautiful and spacious hotel, the rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was incredible welcoming and took care of our requests, as well as provided suggestions for the local area. Also, very beautiful cats hang around the hotel! Highly recommend, would stay here again

It's 2 mins walk from the Nile, the family room was great but no hand held bidet in the bathroom.
The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
We experienced WiFi issues due to the extremely thick walls preventing the signal as the WiFi router is outside.
The food at the hotel is excellent and very cheap and the hotel swimming pool is fantastic with great water quality.

Great location, inside was extremely quiet and pool was great. Only issue was the wifi is very spotty and does not reach most rooms.

The hotel itself is huge, most of the rooms are big and bathroom showers are of decent size.
There is a swimming pool which is well maintained and a restaurant on site which has food for a really good price, food is great too and the drinks are made well.staff is super friendly, good level of English both spoken and comprehensive.
The room I booked was supposed to have air-conditioning but was instead given a room without one but since luxor was cold it wasn't a big issue as the manager did offer to move me the next day.
The hotel allowed us to check in really early which was very nice of them. This hotel is on the west bank but all the attractions are on the east bank. Do not pay for expensive boat rides to cross as a cheap public ferry (10 egp 02/2024) is available only a short walk away.
This hotel only takes cash so make sure to have USD available,if not they'll use a terrible exchange rate in local currency.

Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable, we had good breakfast as well. It's really close to the ferry docks so it's in a great spot for moving around as well.
The owner Nubi and Rafael were both incredibly nice to us, I couldn't have asked for more and couldn't have felt any more welcome. I really recommend this hotel!
