The grounds and architecture of this property are amazing. The rooms, too, are beautiful. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of busy Luxor. If you can acquire a room with a balcony, do it. The view is lovely overlooking the Nile. We would personally like to thank Eunice who was SO friendly, helpful, and professional with us during our stay. He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The entire staff at breakfast was amazing, and the free shuttle to the other bank was outstanding! I can understand some of the other comments posted. It does seem that the staff is held to strict regulations and protocol, but I can't speak more to it than that perception. We had a couple of lovely conversations with the owner, who really opens up once you get to know her, and many great conversations with the staff, so I will leave that part be. The hotel and grounds, though, really make you feel like royalty.

Very beautiful hotel right on the Nile bank in a rural setting with fast free boat service to the East bank which is very convenient. Great views, friendly staff, tasty dinners, inviting swimming pool. Why not 5 stars? 1. There is no tea kettle/coffee maker. The only way to get coffee or other beverages is to purchase them in the bar that opens after 6 am. This means: no coffee for the hot air baloon tour or any other early departures. 2. Very poor breakfast. Not a buffet style. 3. If you want a ride on the West bank - taxi price from the hotel is fixed for half or full day. 30 min ride or 4 hours - same price. And there are no other taxis around the hotel.

Amazing , the only place to stay in Luxor on the Nile River, West Bank! The owner is so caring, she wants to look after all the guests, her staff far exceeded my expectations ! The rooms and views are sensational! The restaurant was outstanding and the menu changed depending on what’s in season! My only regret is I didn’t stay longer! Vivian from Australia, I’ll be back xx

This place is super special and absolutely amazing. I stayed here for one week and I felt like I was back in time on a movie set. The architecture of the palace is so grand and stylish. The bed is super comfy. The food at their restaurant is also delicious. I love the friendly vibe here as well. The owner loved to engage with the guests and made us all feel welcome. I can’t wait to be back here if I ever have the chance again to visit.

This newly built hotel is THE best find in Luxor. It’s an architectural gem, very unique, and the perfect boutique hotel with only 18 rooms. Sitting right on the Nile on the West Bank, it’s the perfect sanctuary from the hustle (and hassle!) of the main city. The arrival by boat is completely charming and the free all-day taxi boat makes the city very accessible. We searched high and low for a decent restaurant in Luxor and it wasn’t there. Then we discovered that the restaurant right there at the hotel was AMAZING. The owner Melinda is very friendly and a real character with an excellent and eccentric sense of humour (and if you don’t understand the humour of sarcasm, then that’s on you). We only wished that our schedule had allowed us to stay longer.

wonderful, fantastic place to relax in that of Luxor are speechless breathtaking it is to say the least a fairy tale highly recommend it is quiet fairytale also the food and service are sensational like the hostess an English lady 🥰
