If we requested to pay by card, they charged an additional 3%. There was no water in the hotel for more than four hours. When we asked the owner about it, he simply said there was nothing he could do since there was no supply.
The shower barely worked as most of the holes were clogged, and the toilet flush was not functioning.
Overall, it was the worst hotel experience.

Excellent stay and best location. The hotel looks a bit old but is spot clean and good.

Nice play to stay,good location,if you need a hotel as a base to explore luxor, karnak,valley of the kings and the surroundings it is a great place.
Good price for what its offering, I don't need breakfast or dinner in a hotel,just a place to sleep to shower and have my things.
Clean and stuff always there to help you.
And a very nice view on the Nile.

What more could you ask for!
Without spending a fortune you get all the mod-cons of the more expensive motels in Luxor, the rooftop pool accompanied by a bar (with cold beer) and quite excellent food was a fantastic surprise!
The rooms were all you need with tidy bathrooms, and airconditioning and were comfortable enough that I would definitely sleep here again.
Certainly though, the rooftop makes this place!

Great, clean and nostalgic, loved the old furnishing and style of the hotel, food was great specially rice pudding ?, friendly staff and moderate prices ?

The reception refused to give us the password of wifi and they stated that it was out of service which is not mentioned in the description. The weather was so cold at night and they just gave us improper blankets.

For a three star. its okish. Its not bad, witch is good when you compare to other 3 star hotels. Good location, friendly people, fresh sheets. Bad Internet and if you have the chance go eat elsewhere, go.
