The beds are small and the pillows are tiny, they could add a couple more. There's only one bar of soap and a strangely scented shower gel, which is a bit disappointing for a three-star standard. But-I liked the location, everything was close by, and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood full of trees,nearby stores and metro station.Love the staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and renovated.

Excellent stay at this hotel!
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Going out of their ways to help you with questions and requests you have. Location is amazing too. Few mins walk to major metro & bus stops from city/ airport. Spacious room.

Cons: You can hear next door/ corridor quite clearly. Bathroom sink could get stuck at times.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for the amazing service and location!

While not a "luxury" hotel, it is extremely clean and everything is in immaculate condition. Wonderful breakfast. Located not far from all the major attractions. The beds were a bit hard for my taste but I give it max ratings anyway because the extremely friendly and helpful staff make up for it.

Excellent hotel in a great, central location! Most sought-after tourist sights and experiences could be accessed by walking or via the bus. Overall, this hotel is fantastic. Reception was amazing in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. There was a free drink included with our stay, as well as luggage storage once we checked out. While the rooms and hotel were very clean, the rooms were a bit dated, and the a/c was not working properly. Pro tip: leave your key in the slot when you leave; a/c will stay on. However, the incredible guest service, specifically by Luiz, who went above and beyond during our stay, made up for any flaws. Would stay here again!

Great hotel about a 20 minute walk from the main train station. Modern and clean with nicely appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very nice. Recommended!

I spent a couple night's in April.
Perfect location, clean room.

The only issue is that some staff members do not understand English, but they are receptionists 😂
Unfortunately, the hotel do not offer kettles or tea/ coffee facilities in the rooms, and when I ask for hot water... they send me iron and ironing board 🤣

LOcation! Location! Location! This is a great Hotel in the perfect location to multiple metro stops and a lot of restaurants just a few streets away! Rooms are a little smaller but who is in their room while you are on vacation. Staff is very charming and helpful! There is a coffee shop 1 block away called Ivetts that is wonderful!

Absolutely lovely hotel, stayed there for 3 nights and had no problems at all. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful with whatever i needed or asked. Rooms were nice and clean, and were cleaned every morning. Location is perfect, you have metro and bus all in 5 min walking distance if that. Very very nice location.
