If the rooms had soft close doors we would come back.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again 5⭐s from me

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time.

Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus. The drink options were very nice with the all inclusive spirits and cocktails being rather pleasant especially compared to other hotels where the drink can be hard to stomach.

Hotel Royal Checked into the HR Royal hotel after arriving in Benidorm (Levante Beach) using the local Bus service from Alicante Airport, I was amazed how easy it was. (40 minutes nonstop €9.00.) There was a very warm welcome in reception and after doing all the paperwork I found myself on the top floor in a nice size room with a large double bed. We had a wonderful stay at the Royal. The staff were amazing and the gala dinner on New years eve was out of this world.

Excellent food and staff.Very clean and comfortable. A little noisy at night. Room doors slam and walls not thick between rooms.

Very nice adults only hotel. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It's very clean has all the facilities you can wish for. It's extremely well run by an excellent team who are very experienced with Ana in charge, she can sort out any problems immediately. We have spent eight weeks here and plan to return as soon as possible. We park the electric scooter in the underground car...
