Positive: - Swimming pool - Location - Kids area (playground) - Mini club - Animacion - Breakfast. & dinner buffet - Hygiene/clean of the room and hotel - Service Negative: - The rooms are noisy. the walls are thin. i advise the hotel to take doors with soft close. If the rooms had soft close doors we would come back.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again 5⭐s from me

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases. Rooms are a good size but a little dated. The staff were all polite and friendly. Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants. The spa area was really good value for money.

The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

I would definitely be taking another weekend break to stay at this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Shower flooded the bathroom just had to put towels down. Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male). Pool area nice. Location makes it. Food, breakfast yes good but evening was hit and miss, salad was nice ?

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

Just had 4 days with friends at this nice hotel , overall can’t really fault , staff very helpful, polite ( apart from some chap behind the bar that wernt happy at all when we came back in at 11.45pm but still had a few mins to spare , now he was rude to say the least !! On our arrival Pilar checked us in, what a beautiful friendly lady, made us so welcome and explained what we needed to know. The wristbands impressed us as it had a chip in it which unlocked your room door when you put it against the handle, so no room key or card to think about, brill idea. Just had 2 weeks at this amazing brilliant hotel. Everyone one of the staff were friendly and always smiling. Special mention to Ray, Alex, Sergio and Irene. We had all inclusive and the food was the best we’ve ever had. We are definitely booking again. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Awesome place! The food was really good, tasty and diverse. Everyday something different to try (especially lunch and dinner). "All Inclusive" option: a lot of drinks to try (coffe, beer, local drinks). The staff was really nice and helpful; everyday they prepare some "animations" (games, bingo, karaoke, local trips). Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are super efficient and friendly. The food is good but, I think the menu leaned a little towards fish compared to my visit 2 years ago. Would recommend it? Absolutely 💯

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it. Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too.

We stayed Oct 2021. A very large room with balcony big enough for table & chairs and two sun loungers. Good food, nice staff. The only issues were: 1. Location, its quite a way from anything with a 15min walk to the beach & 25mins to the old town. 2. Like many hotels in Benidorm the other tower blocks cast a shadow across the sun terrace.

Rooms are brilliant. Food is mediocre. Quite bland. The pool area is in the shade a lot because of surrounding high buildings. Drinks are fine although you're not allowed pints only halves. Entertainment ain't great!

We just got back from there last week had we had been before and in was excellent and they didn't fail this time again every worker in the hotel pulls together for service there is nothing any trouble to them bar staff do a exceptional job alway laughing and joking with you same as the waiter's they can't do enough I wouldn't say the entertainment was the best but the 2/3 nights it's not good you...

We visited the spa on Monday in August. Nice, quiet and complete spa. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. Circuit plus sauna. Love it. We also had the meal included in. Large continental buffet. We showed our voucher and we were allowed to everything. We will come back. Clean and nice facilities and helpful staff.
