Hotels All-inclusive in Benidorm

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

We stayed for a week and it flew by the weather was a bit hit and miss but in Benidorm you have a great time whatever the weather. So the Princesa is a thumbs up for me and the wife and we will come back again 👍

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

If this is the standard here then the rooms must be beautiful as it has had a refurb and wouldn't look out of place in Vegas, we would definitely stay here on this experience alone

Good points: Clean and resort-like hotel room, 5-minute walk to the ocean, trendy bathroom, free use of auxiliary facilities (table tennis, swimming pool), breakfast/dinner included, but there was a lot of food, so I was satisfied

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is what you expect from buffet style, however, plenty of choice and eat what you will. Have stayed in the Ambassador 4 times now and have enjoyed myself each time

Inconvenient points: It is far from the old town (20-30 minutes on foot), there are many pubs around that play loud music, so it is noisy at night, and the springs of the bed felt so hard that it was very uncomfortable to sleep

Wonderful chefs and hard working attentive restaurant staff make this a supremely satisfying culinary experience

This is, quite simply, a wonderful hotel which is professionally run with excellent staff. If you love food, then you must stay here

Been here five days and five to go. Staying on the fifth floor and no complaints up to now. Breakfast is one of the best we have had at other hotels in Benidorm and the evening meals are just as good

Food ok something there you could eat everyday choice reasonable for time of year. Did not get to see any acts in hotel but day time activities were ok only did 1 day as we were out all the time

We staid in Rio park for a week 18-2/25 till25/2/25 and it was great value for the money. Room was spotless and fresh towels every day , bed changed every 2nd or 3rd day

Entertainment is above average and the staff at the hotel are hard working. Looking forward to the next five days

The luggage room was chaotic … lifts terrible. The rooms were clean and fresh towel’s daily , and it is really central. Overall we had a great trip 😊

Mini bar is too expensive but has lots to offer. Swimming pool area is huge although pool was freezing! Plenty of sunbeds around. Only tried the restaurant for breakfast but there was a lot of choice and food was nice

Another point, ignore the stupid queue at breakfast with one girl taking room numbers and showing people to a table, you will queue for half and hour, in the end I just went in, pretty sure people can find there own table

A lovely hotel set just outside the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Designed to look like a Spanish town square, you'd never really think you were in a hotel. Rooms are perfectly fine, very spacious and comfortable

They want to do table service only but then don't come round often enough so you have to keep going to the bar to ask them to come over. They might as well just let me order my drink there and carry it myself

Right next the theme park and a 10 minute taxi ride in to Benidorm. 2 golf courses on site, both really nice. Would certainly stay here again

Hotel bar is not too bad for price. Only issue with it is you can't just go to the bar and order your drink

The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful

The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

Our second visit to Med Player Flamingo Oasis. We had an amazing stay our room was exactly what we requested not too high or low sixth floor end room perfect. We slept well like we did Christmas 2023

On the 17th floor there is a beautiful roof top bar ‘Selvatico’ which is an absolute must visit. The views are absolutely stunning and drinks are very reasonably priced. It also has a beautiful infinity pool

Secund visit to the property. Excellent room and restaurant. Kudos to Carolina at the front desk - exceptional service.

Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed for the evening 😂 overall experience of the hotel was excellent

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos

The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view. The breakfast got load of choices. There was English Breakfast too

This is by far one of the best - if not the best hotel in Benidorm. Its location is fantastic, close to the beach and to Old Benidorm…where you will find tapas alley

Clean, tidy, excellent staff, beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beach etc

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service—every staff member was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect

Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either )

As soon as a group order a cocktail you are waiting 20 minutes for a beer. I have booked over 30 rooms across 3 days for a birthday- the hotel is lovely but the service and check in are dreadful

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together

Hotel excellent with this request. Another good advice is to book a private transfer to Hotel Presidente, as we did at transferalicante. uk — could not find cheaper, thanks to Martin, our driver, highly recommend!

The food was best we have had in Benidorm. Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from

Awesome rooms nice stuff but we had a slight problem: In the middle of the night (around 00:00)the fire alarm went off without a reason but the rest is awesome.Its a nice addition of having 2 free tickets!

The staff is appropriate - polite and ready to help with any questions. The restaurant serves delicious and varied food; there are themed dinners (Italian, Asian cuisine)

However, the meal itself was exceptional. Seven courses all served to the guests (no queuing buffet style) with unlimited drinks

We stayed over Christmas and the only disappointment was the time of the Gala dinner - 8pm is far too late for us to be eating a big meal which finished at around 11

I was also pleased with the chairs on the balcony: not like in many other hotels - wicker or plastic, like in street cafes, and always dusty - here they are comfortable, like armchairs (the seat and back are curved for comfort) and they are wiped when cleaning the room

When booking through the hotel website, they give bonuses, for example, free use of the safe, free transfer from/to Alicante airport (both ways), a free glass of something in the bar (of your choice), free 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator

We have just come back from the don Pancho this week I would recommend it anyone it was first class there was nothing u could fault I will come back anytime food beds staff rooms were first class hope to see u again it should be 5 star

They were cleaned to a decent standard daily and drinks refilled as part of all inclusive. Our lodge was close to the main square and pool but many are up steep hills

We could not properly book the restaurants and the spa. The Kidsclub was super cool and they took good care. In general the team of the animation was ok but did not convince completely

The lodges were really clean but only downside was the walls were mega thin and the people next door was having a massive argument and then the next night they had hangover and heard them being sick and really upset my daughter but the next lot were really quite

came hear for a week all 11 of us the place is fantastic. The zoo we loved and went about 5 times. The pools were fab very cold but once your in your fine and im a baby with cold water

All the staff were lovely and polite,they were all constantly cleaning even washed down the floors outside, the food was lovely and a massive selection of food

Cleaning the room was just superficial which is not okay if you stay a whole week and 2 days they forgot our room completely. But the women who were cleaning the rooms were super super friendly and polite

The evening shows can get a bit repetitive but found that happens in most hotels to be honest. Nice clean rooms, didn't miss having a balcony at all as have plenty of places to sit inside and out

We ate in the buffet restaurant most days and the food was very good at every meal, plenty of selection to suit everyone. The staff in every section of the hotel were very friendly and helpful

The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal!

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

The level lounge is a nice touch open all day from 11am but not very kid friendly & not much fun if you are a non smoker - literally everyone smokes & you have to sit inside as a non smoker or be faced with a smoking zone outside

The level lounge is great for drinks and snacks. The rooms are gorgeous, very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom

Stayed in this hotel 2 years ago with friends and we had a great experience, staff helpful, restaurant meals lovely. But unfortunately I’ve done a solo trip this year and how Benidorm has changed but not for the better

Just returned from a stay at the Diplomatic Hotel, Really nice hotel and food and very clean, just be careful if you staying in the back as there is a hotel opposite that has a loud air con unit going all night which keeps you awake

All the staff were very nice and helpful, would definitely stay there again, Nice central location

I was saddened that there were not enough people around to watch the hotel evening entertainment, we could see the local singers from our ground floor terrace which was lovely and they were great but I noticed the lack of an audience which felt like a real shame, this was not what we chose the hotel for but I did notice an evening entertainment program also

Perhaps the absolute best thing about this hotel for me was the electric shutter on the bedroom window, being someone with paper thin eyelids and when we are in Benidorm out until the early hours I have never had such great sleep, it made the world of difference to me

The location was exactly where we wanted to be in between the old and new town and a stroll along the front for live music as far up as the tiki bar. At night it was quiet and the beds were comfortable

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away

Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful

Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again

We were a huge group of 24. Hotel was great, really accommodating. Highly recommend doing the pool party, you get discount for being a guest when you book. 100% would stay again.

Positioned perfectly for the lively nightlife. The location is noisy into the early hours but you can't have one without the other. Food I found to be of very good quality

We stayed here for 3 nights in April, unfortunately due to it not being peak season/summer, they don't have air con in the rooms. Which wasn't too much of an issue but as times got too much

Ossy is really helpful right from the very start we were in the VIP experience, brought all of our drinks and food over, was always asking if there is anything we needed, and topping the mixers up for the vodka

The inflatable slide comes out for 2 hours on a Tuesday and there’s a foam party on the Saturday!! The food was great, never had a bad meal

The hotel was busy as expected but didn’t feel crowded , we could always get sunbeds( could possibly do with more parasols around pool but were areas of shade). So nice it wasn’t a high rise like many hotels in Benidorm

We LOVED this hotel! We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 12. The hotel was extremely clean, our family room was spacious, we had 2 separate singles for the kids rather than a double sofa bed which was great

Outside pool is really big , inflatable slide is on a Tuesday and foam party a Friday. Pool area is really clean and tidy, not dated. The water park is a 10 min walk but really a great day out

You can get pool towels but need to put down a €40 deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. The indoor pool has to be booked but is never busy , and you have to wear swim hats

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel

The location was absolutely perfect too – just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It really made getting around Benidorm easy and enjoyable

Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds

I have been to Benidorm 11 times in the past 3 years and I have to say that this is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. Service from Reception, Cleaning and Restaurant Staff was second to none

They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it

The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is an excellent choices for evening meal and breakfast with the food being hot or cold. not tepid like other hotels can be

I was waiting outside for a bus at 02:30. Manuel came outside and said it was safer to wait in reception, where I also met lovely Jorge. They were so busy with drunk clients, but made me feel like a VIP! THANK YOU ❤️

It may be back from the centre but I walked there and back every day. There is a bus you can get but I preferred to walk in the wonderful sunshine. There is a very nice supermarket Consum just a 10 minute walk away

There is also a large full length mirror next to the double wardrobe. In the room there was 8 big windows that slide open fully letting in lots of fresh air. My bedding and towels were changed regularly

Rooms are large, clean with an excellent bathroom and large walk-in shower. The location for us was excellent, away from the boom boom madness of benidorm. Most of the clients are workers/business
