Hotels All-inclusive in Benidorm

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

We stayed for a week and it flew by the weather was a bit hit and miss but in Benidorm you have a great time whatever the weather. So the Princesa is a thumbs up for me and the wife and we will come back again 👍

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av. Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh

Couldn't rate it high enough! Firstly pools are fab. Rooms are clean and so comfortable. Staff are friendly so attentive. Travelled with a three year old too play area kiddie shoe every night for half hour

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Cleaned every day with fresh towels

Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could

The only fault I had were the lifts, very slow and sometimes I felt like Zebedee going up and down to different floors before reaching my floor on 11. All in all would definitely go back

The hotel is two minutes from the main strip where all the lively bars are. Two lively busy bars virtually next door and several eating places plus an indoor market next door

Can’t comment on the swimming pool as it was too cold and didn’t bother with it. Can’t comment on the entertainment, as I’m younger and didn’t really attend any

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and a great atmosphere makes this Hotel a great place to spend your holiday. With the all inclusive package you get 3 meals a day plus snacks and drinks

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life

Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving

The location was excellent! The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour. Beds and pillows very comfortable

However for dinner, drinks are not included, not even water. Drinks can be ordered from the waitress and paid at the cashier upon exit. They don’t offer the best buffet but it’s ok for the price that we paid

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean

Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other

Have been to this hotel before, but was disappointed this time at the number of all male and female parties there

The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service

We would stroll down ourselves for breakfast which was my favourite meal of the day. lovely porridge, and cheese on toast with a spoon fool of scrambled egg on the top😋

Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful

The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up

Good rooms fitted to a good standard. Half board meals had plenty of variety. Pool side and sun bathing area big enough and plenty of space. Short walk to the beach with easy access to shops close by

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms)

You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days

All very tasty! I would like to mention Cristina, one of the restaurant staff. She is very kind, helpful and was so fun to be around

Brilliant, very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Food was perfect and plenty of choice. Good choice of drinks. Mario barman good fun friend. Reception good. Slides and pool areas fantastic

Awesome food (buffet), eat as much as you can till you literally drop. The cleaners were friendly and everything was intact each day, after they cleaned our room. Drinks are unlimited for the all inclusive folks

This was our first family holiday and honestly we can’t have 1 single complaint, from the rooms, food entertainment and especially the staff, just amazing with the kids, we didn’t want to leave, we will certainly be rebooking up to stay again at this hotel! 5stars all round! Just had a week in this hotel from the 16/10/2017 till the 23/10/2017 beautiful rooms and lovely view of the sea me and my daughter Paula and granddaughter Alisha enjoyed it so much it was my first time but their second time

We booked whilst it was going through a refurb! Reviews were very poor. we were honestly wondering what the hell we had done!! On arriving at the hotel, it was amazing from start to finish

Great place for family fun and very friendly staff also very hard working. Staff do long hours to help to make your holiday. Food to much to have and to many choices

We could not properly book the restaurants and the spa. The Kidsclub was super cool and they took good care. In general the team of the animation was ok but did not convince completely

came hear for a week all 11 of us the place is fantastic. The zoo we loved and went about 5 times. The pools were fab very cold but once your in your fine and im a baby with cold water

Cleaning the room was just superficial which is not okay if you stay a whole week and 2 days they forgot our room completely. But the women who were cleaning the rooms were super super friendly and polite

The wifi you have to renew every four hours which is a bit annoying and quite often it is not working properly (it is annoying when you need to work a little). The app was not working properly as well

Question: what is happening with all the food the guests are not eating? Is it thrown away or can you somehow reuse it afterwards for the zoo etc

Most probably we would not repeat it as for me the service is one of the most important points for creating a holiday mood

Although we were all inclusive we didn't spend all our time in the hotel, but when we did, Cobal from the entertainment team made our stay especially fun. You can tell he puts 150% into his work

Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly

Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday

We only really used the slides, pool and arcades so can't comment on the restaurant, bar or entertainment as we went out each evening but it seemed to be popular with the other guests

She insisted she couldn't leave it with unmade beds bless her and they do a brilliant job with clean towels etc which shows good management. The hotel had everything we needed and more

The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal!

Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant

The only thing that will change is the opening hours of the playground as being near the pool they also close it at 8. If there was a separation the kids might be able to enjoy the slides a little later

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed

Ava’s, (our daughter) favourite meal was was the excitingly cooked In front of you prawns, sizzled on the plancha and sprinkled with salt, with pasta and chips of course! My favourite meal was pork kebabs, I’m a complete carnivore so had a huge plateful! A few honourable mentions - talipia fish, pork fillets, duck breast, roast lamb

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we love the old town and we were just a few minutes walk from it's tapas bars, shops restaurants, cafes and bakeries

We had a lovely 2 weeks and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food excellent, Bedroom Brilliant, everywhere super clean. Can't wait to go back.

The staff, rooms and facilities are top tier. The restaurant is a unknown secret, all the food is exceptional lots of variety and really caters for the typical English diet but lots of good nutritional dishes to try

Stayed in April and booked again for July 2025 was a brilliant hotel staff very friendly food was great and plenty of time for us to relax and was in a great location for old and new town can't wait to be there again thank you you all the staff for a very comfy stay 😀

Situated in the Old Town not far the beach and promenade, so we found everything is accessible. Wonderful hotel, not just saying that, I read all the reviews before we visited and honestly can't fault it

Weather was great, it rained one day for three hours but was cracking flags after. IMPROVEMENTS Card system for drinks and meals is outdated, wrist bands would be better

Usually being so close to others is a turn off for me but we were able to move the beds to a quieter spot. Music needs turning down a little, but that’s just me probably. ALL INCLUSIVE open from 10-midnight

Usually two to three meat and two to three fish options. Table service for drinking restaurant. This is behind the pool bar and all food is pre cooked kept in bain marie. We didn’t eat this as no veggie option

All inclusive ends 4pm on day of check out. LOCATION 15 min walk to seafront. Taxis available from hotel reception. Bus stop outside for the bus to Altea and Albir, or into Benidorm and Old Town €1

We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days)

60 no matter where you’re going. If we come to Benidorm again we would come again as we got it for £1600 all inclusive 9 nights with flights

She was very friendly and efficient, answering all my questions and ensuring that my stay started off perfectly. Her customer service made a significant difference, and I will definitely book with her again in the future

The pool at Hotel Los Alamos is simply spectacular. It provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for spending the day under the sun. Moreover, it is well-maintained and clean

I left the sausage and ate an egg, chips, beans and toast, as did my partner. We had a day at the water park and before we even got in we again had bad upset stomach from the breakfast

The lady was rude and said “ i understood the 1st time”We received no apology for this and was told we should have reported this on the day ( we was out all day and reported it to the night staff that day, the gentleman was lovely but said it needed to be reported to day staff) which is what we did on 03

24) to report we had food poisoning twice and the staff at reception were dismissive of the situation and said “nobody else has reported this” but if you read other reviews you can see complaints about the food

Best location and best hotel we ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped into the reception we knew the quality of the staff and the hotel. Room getting ready - we were greeted with a soft or alcoholic refreshment

I am really fussy with food and have stayed all over Spain and this was the best choice of meals I have seen in a long time. Pool is small but with beach directly opposite hotel we never had an issue with sunbeds

It’s close to shops bars and restaurants and about 30 minute walk along coast if you want the more busy nightlife scene. Totally relaxing hotel highly recommend

Excellent hotel, stayed here several times due to the quality of rooms and high standard. There is plenty of choice for drinks and food options

They have entertainment on an evening, and I love their chill out adult roof area. I wish they would heat their pool as this is a very clean, lovely area but absolutely freezing due to being hidden by buildings

all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others doors at daft o clock and shouting to each other from their rooms while they go over the events of their night

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

No problems with this hotel whatsoever, we are there now. There have been Hen and Stag groups here but so far they have behaved themselves. we have now been here for ten days the stags doo's are getting louder

The staff were very polite and welcoming if there was a downside then it would be that the walls were very thin and we could here the next room clearly

I would definitely stay here again as it was a great price which included breakfast and evening meal, there ate also soft drinks, wine and beer available free of charge during the evening meal

Rooms lovely, and the beds very comfortable. Food not great but what can you expect for the money. Recommend if you are on a budget. Great parking in underground secure garage with large parking bays

Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Local brands on AI but you can pay for the nice stuff, like Bombay sapphire

Brilliant entertainment every night which was great for me as I was travelling on my own so didn't want to venture out of the hotel after dark! Only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach straight down the road

It's away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but literally 10 minutes walk to the strip. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. The staff are always really friendly

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and definitely had the best looking pool in the surrounding area. Meal options were plentiful, something for everyone. I really have no complaints with our choice

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places

Fantastic overnite stay with breakfast and lunch of which a great variety and choices. Very friendly n helpful fun staff. Beautiful clean comfy rooms with great views over the amazing pool area

If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome

All of the staff encountered were welcoming and helpful in particular the staff in the ‘level lounge’ with a special thanks to the ladies on the reception there

Lol 😂 Alway able to get a sunbed as the doors only open at 9am so no 6am sunbed wars. The one thing I would say is that they should deal with towels that have been left for hours as this is just selfish

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

The Shower is brilliant, hot and powerful. The food is good overall, there is a good choice. The Pork Belly Ribs were excellent. Not sure about the evening entertainment as we have gone out at night

Only downfall is the lifts they are extremely slow but overall we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely visit again

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

The Day Animation team are excellent and try to get people involved but will leave you alone if you wish. Lifts are a little slow, but these are 14 floors to deal with
