Hotels All-inclusive in Benidorm

There was some mould around the bath and the balcony door didn’t lock but we were on the 10th floor and we rented a safe, so it didn’t matter too much. I would stay here again if I was in Benidorm for a few days

Small single room, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm. Lifts slow & some of the time inoperative. Great access to the night life, beach. Hotel pools lovely, breakfast good standard

We have stayed here many times and have just come back from a short break having never been in August. The hotel was spotless, reception staff absolutely 1st class. Food was varied and something for everyone

Stayed here with a group of male friends. The property did everything we needed it to do for us and the pool area and public areas were good

In my opinion, the room was spotless, I found all the staff very friendly and friendly, there was always something to choose at mealtimes, although sometimes not red hot, was nice

The breakfast was adequate and plentiful but we wished there’d been a better selection of fresh fruit. What fruit there was often ran out and they weren’t quick to replace it

This hotel was great and the staff were amazing, especially the restaurant staff, they do not stop! I had emailed some questions a few times and there was no delay in a reply which was much appreciated

Our flight was going to arrive after 10pm and they offered a plate of cold food left in our room as we had booked half board, unfortunately we ended up diverted and arrived much later and the receptionist on arrival (Mon 27th) was so lovely

We had a 10 night stay in August and it was one of the best holidays we have been on! Fantastic facilities at the hotel, the night time entertainment was outstanding and there was plenty on during the day too, our daughter absolutely loved it! Rooms cleaned everyday to a great standard, hotel staff extremely helpful and the pools amazing

Room was lovely big and spacious and so was the bathroom and the pool is big and wasn’t freezing considering it was September , the gym isn’t good I can’t say anything good about that lol but the rest was great, the jacuzzis in the indoor pool are both not working which sucks but otherwise a good place I would stay again

There is a Spa, but we didn’t use it, but will on our return. I’m not sure if it’s a ‘season’ thing but the food selection wasn’t massive. However, there was something for everyone both at breakfast and evening

Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choice and all seemed fresh. The only negatives I can think of are the costs of the mini bar, extortionate prices which no one will pay when Lidl is right outside

What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! From the attentive staff (Jose, the general manager is a credit to the Melia group) to the heated pool, food and drinks but as good as they are they still pale compare to the stunning views and gorgeous rooms! This resort is unmissable!

The food could have been hotter at times but it didn't stop us enjoying it and it was so nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the pool. Drinks were reasonably priced too

Fabulous resort just outside of Benidorm. We stayed at The Level and had a large room with terrace and access to the lounge for snacks and drinks including alcohol

The Level pool was heated which was good and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge were very good. All in all a fabulous break, highly recommended

First three days the place felt dead, almost too quiet, then a convention came and all changed, hundreds of them. No tables at breakfast, their needs seem to take priority over us who paid for all inclusive

We walked into Benidorm that took about an hour with wide and safe footpaths. We had a half-board package and this was definitely a great option as breakfast had so much choice with fresh produce and an egg station

I'm not sure how the Spanish guests felt about having us around though. They didn't seem to want to engage much and often seemed a bit grumpy. I guess this might be a cultural thing

Breakfast was also good with a huge variety (Yorkshire puddings!?). Overall, a very enjoyable stay

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean

Rooms are spacious and super clean,you be hard pushed to find a more comfy bed, only downfall on rooms if being picky is they have no kettle or drinks facilities

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful

The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

Our second visit to Med Player Flamingo Oasis. We had an amazing stay our room was exactly what we requested not too high or low sixth floor end room perfect. We slept well like we did Christmas 2023

This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.

Hi we have been to this hotel around 23 times. It is basic but very clean the food is first class and the staff are wonderful. Very Spanish orientated but we go out most evenings to the new town or a local tapas bar.

Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days

You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary

Drinks in the restaurant area is self serve which I quite liked, serving beer, wines and hot and soft drinks

This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food

At one point a drunken woman accused me of pushing in so if others are not aware of this perk they will feel that people are pushing in. With the ultra we also had premium brand drinks

The staff were all excellent (yes check in is slow and processes could be improved for example not having to email across your reservation while at the desk?) Fernanda on reception was especially lovely to me and could not have done more to help despite the fact she was trying to deal with some very difficult guests at the same time - I am very grateful to her

I had emailed in advance to request a 1st floor room but not available on check in - this was resolved next day and I was given a very nice room

The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade

Felt more like a 3 ⭐️ than a 4. Food was fine, room cleaned daily, lots of sun beds in september especially if you go on the adult only solarium or the near the slides

Staff very friendly and helpful. All inclusive food and drinks package is good value.

The less good things were mainly about the other guests who were noisy in all public areas. The feral kids running riot in the restaurant were a liability

try to get hold of soare cups / tokens for last day as they take the all inclusive drink token of you when you check out, even if you didnt arrive until 10pm

We were on the 3rd floor and the walls and doors are paper thin. The all inclusive bar may close at 11pm but trust me everyone still comes in every minute of every hour drunk and being very loud down the corridor

The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace

We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the ***** as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

Absolutely brilliant hotel I’m lost for words, it’s run like clockwork, so clean and fresh , brilliant staff , nothing is too much trouble, the food is outstanding everything was superb, I even had a Sunday dinner today , the entertainment is good too , lovely pool area ,just fab ,will definitely be back

Nice clean hotel, staff are friendly. The only thing I would fault is the kids entertainment isn't very clear. It's on a board in the reception, but sometimes it's held at different locations

We stayed here for a week with friends. We have all travelled extensively in Europe and we all can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in

Great choices and theme evenings were a great welcome. Ice cream whippy machine for the kids which went down as a great treat. Welcomed with a smile into the restaurant every evening

The bar staff are hardworking special shout out to Jorge Luis - Marina - Manuel! Always service with a smile. The play area is a good run around for the kids

We also paid extra for a hot tub and all inclusive plus which were both well worth the money. However, the food is awful! It was cold, looked under cooked and most days we were living on chips and bread

We could not properly book the restaurants and the spa. The Kidsclub was super cool and they took good care. In general the team of the animation was ok but did not convince completely

Mario at the kontiki lounge bar was so welcoming , a funny guy with an amazing go to attitude happy to help with anything you need ! Amazing cocktails and vibes !

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the girls who ran the kids club who were so warm and friendly with the kids, always smiling and laughing and so patient with them

A lovely lady named Gianina gives absolutely wonderful customer service! She is so warm, welcoming, and always greets you with the kindest smile. She makes every visit feel special and enjoyable

Playing and speaking even when just passing. Really made the holiday so much more fun for Emily and Aria and us an hours timeout Thank you. Food was plentiful and choice was good

Great stay Great hotel perfect location for a small walk down to the beach bars and old town!

We stayed for a week over Xmas, the staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff. The entertainment it's self was very good

Food is very good, especially for meat-eaters, though there is a good variety of pastas, rice, and salad, plus a small, separate, vegetarian section. The chairs in the lounge area and concert room are really comfortable

The sockets and light switches were on the outside, so you have to lay your phone/tablet charge lead behind the pillow to put the device on the cabinet. The hotel phone was already like this

Minor gripes, but they don't detract from the overall rating, are. Dinner plates are only lukewarm, so food can cool quite quickly. Luckily, everything is usually piping hot

WiFi is excellent throughout with no complicated sign-on, though it does slow down a bit during busy periods. Most of the staff are really friendly and very attentive

Spirits and cocktails are only local so weak. Snacks were only crisps, nuts. We were all inclusive so don't think this package was worth it. Apart from this it is a good hotel in great location

We visited the local market and arranged a day trip to Mundamar. You can upgrade to Ultra AI to receive a few extra benefits, but this was going to add another 600€ to our holiday, which we didn’t think was worth it

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

well just came back after spending another great two weeks xmas and new year the staff as always friendly they work so hard to accommodate everyone always smiles on there faces the food is great there is something for everyone the gala dinners were fab the receptionist did my request for a low balcony we had 106 shower was really powerful to be honest i cant fault this hotel i paid for premium...

The restaurant manager runs a tight ship and food is replenished regularly, the waiting staff work hard to clear the tables, quickly. Good choice of dishes at both meal times

Stayed in room 818 (requested 8th floor) for 5 nights from 23rd - 28th Nov on a half board basis. Weather was decent for late November 17-23 degrees. Did go a little cooler at night

Great little hotel with a good location for the beach, shops etc. The Riudor is in the middle of bars, restaurants and the area can be lively but this did not affect our holiday one bit

Everything we did have was hot, delicious and even better desserts! Plenty of option, loved the ice cream help your self. A special mention to Seema (waitress) in the restaurant

The layout of the hotel is a little confusing at first but you will get used to it after a day or two. Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. If we return to Benidorm I would happily stay at this hotel again

This is a great hotel for young children, loads of stuff to do. It is very difficult to find your way around the hotel, the layout is very strange

Plenty of lifts though but choosing the right one for the location was the task. Food was nice and always plenty of options. Pool bar didnt open until 11am so you couldn't get a soft drink until then which was annoying

Apart from the hill climb every single member of staff were fantastic friendly from check in to check out the pool was lovely a very good temp did not struggle to find a lounger the drinks were very good indeed and very strong Our room was floor 2 stunning two big doubles loved it the shower was fantastic good power and temp and room cleaned very well the food we did eat here was ok no problem at...

Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite

Very clean and the rooms are most comfortable. Breakfast has an extensive choice. Dinner had a wide range of items. The food was the same as that of a four star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

Just returned from a lovely stay at Gala Placidia. Clean, comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we found that I can fault was the all inclusive food stopped at 9

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌

The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹

We actually stayed at the dynastic apartments but was using this hotel for the all inclusive options so can't comment on the rooms. The staff was great from start to finish and entertainers put the effort in

Drinks are sound Amstel on tap with pint glasses. Plenty of top shelf and wine ect. We definitely got our moneys worth. Hotel it's self is nice and kept clean I would definitely book again

Food was brilliant for dinner and tea and snacks through the day but I like a full English for breakfast and the sausage and bacon wasn't great, there was plenty of choice though

the drinks themselves were okay but they were lacking a lot of things to be something worth remembering. to entertainment was a bit tame and slow especially for English speaking people
