Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. Christian the customer service advisor was a delight and helpful during our whole stay. the food was varied each night from selection of things like Chinese, Spanish/local food to Italian and English nights. although attending meals at a later time can cause the food to be cold.

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases. Rooms are a good size but a little dated. The staff were all polite and friendly. Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants. The spa area was really good value for money.

The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male). Pool area nice. Location makes it. Food, breakfast yes good but evening was hit and miss, salad was nice ?

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

On our arrival Pilar checked us in, what a beautiful friendly lady, made us so welcome and explained what we needed to know. The wristbands impressed us as it had a chip in it which unlocked your room door when you put it against the handle, so no room key or card to think about, brill idea. Just had 2 weeks at this amazing brilliant hotel. Everyone one of the staff were friendly and always smiling. Special mention to Ray, Alex, Sergio and Irene. We had all inclusive and the food was the best we’ve ever had. We are definitely booking again. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Awesome place! The food was really good, tasty and diverse. Everyday something different to try (especially lunch and dinner). "All Inclusive" option: a lot of drinks to try (coffe, beer, local drinks). The staff was really nice and helpful; everyday they prepare some "animations" (games, bingo, karaoke, local trips). Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are super efficient and friendly. The food is good but, I think the menu leaned a little towards fish compared to my visit 2 years ago. Would recommend it? Absolutely 💯

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it. Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too.

We stayed Oct 2021. A very large room with balcony big enough for table & chairs and two sun loungers. Good food, nice staff. The only issues were: 1. Location, its quite a way from anything with a 15min walk to the beach & 25mins to the old town. 2. Like many hotels in Benidorm the other tower blocks cast a shadow across the sun terrace.

Rooms are brilliant. Food is mediocre. Quite bland. The pool area is in the shade a lot because of surrounding high buildings. Drinks are fine although you're not allowed pints only halves. Entertainment ain't great!

We visited the spa on Monday in August. Nice, quiet and complete spa. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. Circuit plus sauna. Love it. We also had the meal included in. Large continental buffet. We showed our voucher and we were allowed to everything. We will come back. Clean and nice facilities and helpful staff.
