Being English customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately this hotel has too many bad employees working here for it to be enjoyable for someone so focused on customer service. However, the food and rooms were good so if customer service isn't a focus then you will enjoy it here

I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

Just stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy with hotel. Staff work really hard to keep all areas clean and tidy. Updated bedroom was lovely, especially the walk-in shower. Our stay was perfect for what we wanted. Food and drink all day long, amazing polite and hard working staff. Amazing night sleep due to memory foam mattresses. Only downside was air con was noisy and not gassed and due to us getting stuck in the elevator our son made us do the stairs after that all 18 floors!

Great hotel with fabulous staff and a wondeful place to take the family! My one and only issue was the sunbed situation. People would be allowed to leave towels on sunbeds all day without actually using the sunbeds when signs clearly state you can only leave towels on for an hour. But other than that, its a fantastic place!

We booked whilst it was going through a refurb! Reviews were very poor.. we were honestly wondering what the hell we had done!! On arriving at the hotel, it was amazing from start to finish. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. Free wifi. Absolutely brilliant time! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The staff are amazingly nice. The receptionist is super friendly, even the cleaning staff are always in a good mood. Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Food is fresh and nice. Drinks are fab. We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Spent a week Half Board here in Feb/Mar this year. Fantastic room on the 14th floor. Nice variation of food on offer. Amazing views and down the quieter end of Benidorm which we absolutely loved. Will definately return to this hotel.

Rooms were not cold enough, even at the lowest setting. Everything else was amazing. They have an amazing buffet, daily and nightly activities. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Once last year and recently this year. They have two pools and both good sizes and enough sun beds and umbrellas near the pool area and also showers. They have people check the pools as well and the chlorine is spot on in my opinion. In the smaller pool area there is also more shade with some trees. Unfortunately we had not booked a balcony room this time. The rooms are ok but we felt a bit enclosed. The food was really good. The bar was also very good. Nice staff. The location is brilliant for the beach and old town. Also not too far from the party strip.

We visited the spa on Monday in August. Nice, quiet and complete spa. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. Circuit plus sauna. Love it. We also had the meal included in. Large continental buffet. We showed our voucher and we were allowed to everything. We will come back. Clean and nice facilities and helpful staff.

I have stayed at this hotel previously so already had high expectations. Our visit over Christmas and New Year did not disappoint. The food including the gala dinner was excellent and the majority of the staff went over and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, notable members of the team were Pilar and Moniker on reception and Eric, Salva and Irene in hospitality.

It says it is a 4 star it's more like a 5 star plus, the young man on the front desk James is brilliant very helpful and polite the rooms spotless. The beds super. Awesome place! The food was really good, tasty and diverse. Everyday something different to try (especially lunch and dinner). "All Inclusive" option: a lot of drinks to try (coffe, beer, local drinks). The staff was really nice and helpful; everyday they prepare some "animations" (games, bingo, karaoke, local trips). Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it. Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too.

We stayed Oct 2021. A very large room with balcony big enough for table & chairs and two sun loungers. Good food, nice staff. The only issues were: 1. Location, its quite a way from anything with a 15min walk to the beach & 25mins to the old town. 2. Like many hotels in Benidorm the other tower blocks cast a shadow across the sun terrace.

Rooms are brilliant. Food is mediocre. Quite bland. The pool area is in the shade a lot because of surrounding high buildings. Drinks are fine although you're not allowed pints only halves. Entertainment ain't great!

If you took this hotel and put it anywhere, it will definitely be your favourite holiday. Guaranteed. The staff here could not be more friendly, helpful, or genuine.
