Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

A lovely peaceful hotel away from the beaches in a largely residential area. Recently the bar and restaurant have been remodelled, since we were here three years ago ( COVID caused us to postpone our visit here last year!) I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. They sent a maid to mop up & 5 minutes later it was the same. They then sent a maintenance man who said there was a problem. I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. We had a balcony in our room. They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other. Here for four nights. Glad I booked this hotel. It is comfortable and well located to the beech. Would have preferred walk in shower but only here for four days so will happily uses the shower over the nice low bath. Room clean and pleasant and staff are all very peasant. A very good budget hotel located in the old town. Good choice for breakfast- catering for continental tastes and English breakfast. I didn't eat dinner here because we were on a bed and breakfast stay. Rooms are small, but clean. Excellent power shower. We had a balcony, but not sure if every room has one. Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. I stayed on a full board basis. Food is buffet style and there is a wide variety of dishes available. My room was spotless too.

I did like this hotel. The only small issue was consistency around pool rules - sometimes you could play with water toys, sometimes not. It did look like a person working at the pool on the day was making rules instead of rules being enforced by hotel policies... Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos. Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed...

Much better than expected. Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine. Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend.

You had to buy tea coffee or water with ur lunch and dinner when you pay for full board or half board you shouldn't have to pay extra for drinks

Superb hotel. Central location. Very clean and modern. Very friendly staff across the board. The food is exceptional and varied. Even the evening entertainment was quite good. We stayed over Christmas and the only disappointment was the time of the Gala dinner - 8pm is far too late for us to be eating a big meal which finished at around 11.30. Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds. Hotel is in the perfect location for new town and old town districts, both only being a 5-10minute walk away. The roof top bar in the hotel was really relaxing to watch the sunset. Only downside was very rarely any baked beans on the cooked breakfast section. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were always made up promptly everyday.

Not long come back from here. I was worried about all the bad reviews but I can assure you all me and my boys had the best week. Everywhere was clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday. We spent 4 nights here and it's very well set up for families. Our son found plenty of other kids to play with and we all enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and town. Staff were very accommodating. The one negative is the steep hill to climb but that can't be helped.

Being English customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately this hotel has too many bad employees working here for it to be enjoyable for someone so focused on customer service. However, the food and rooms were good so if customer service isn't a focus then you will enjoy it here

Food is on all day to midnight and they have 2 restaurants there are the 4 bars, One on the rooftop along with a jacuzzi and swimming pool. Nice views also...

Lovely hotel, would definitely go back. Think it has had a recent refurbishment so everything is fresh and modern. The pool gas also been revamped and has a lovely bar with it on the roof. Staff were always very helpful and the food was very good for an all inclusive!

First time I have travelled as a family. Was a great place to stay and the all inclusive was fantastic. The snack bar was well stocked and a great choice of options for the buffet lunch and dinners. We went out several days so ordered a picnic the day before for lunch, this was a great choice. Being all inclusive you can also use the facilities at some of the other magic chain hotels. this was great...

Absolutely first class, amazing rooms, beautiful views, beds are exceptional, staff are fantastic.

What a delightful find for the discerning holidaymaker in Benidorm. Overlooking Poniente with fantastic views. Book room with balcony for special occasion. Will not be disappointed if you want to avoid the crowds. Not far from Tapas Alley if you want to people watch.

Staying here at the moment very clean view not good as we are looking out on back of a big building car park but it's fine very quiet tryed to change room but was full up...staff very friendly overall will we return yes but will pick another room ...very very central pool and bar and sitting area are lovely .thank you Volamar we will b Back x

What we paid for it Was good value in the right place .Have no problem with staff was only half board eating out was cheep enough beach 2 minutes walk town right in front of you. Was a very busy place I've no problem booking again .

Need to upgrade for a decent room. The food is mainly for Spanish, once you have checked out you can not use the hotel bars if you have a late flight. Also if you have a morning flight no breakfast as breakfast starts at eight. I would not book all incisive again. On the good side the staff are helpful and attentive, maybe smile from the bar staff wouldn't hurt, and the location of the hotel is great

Although I was in a standard room it was spotless and towels changed every day, downside for me was no mini fridge in room (there is in superior rooms) beds were hard. All staff were friendly and approachable, reception staff spoke very good English, I would definitely go back as the hotel was in a fantastic location but it would have to be a superior room next time. The roof terrace is fantastic.

Having read the reviews after booking I was not looking forward to my stay. But what a surprise!! The hotel was lovely very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good not a lot of choice but enough to please most people. Other guests voiced their surprise on how nice the hotel was as they had also seen the bad reviews. Hotel pool wasn't open but my visit was early in the year...
