Unfortunately really bad experience, starting from the Customer Service, the ladies were really rude since we arrived, they should take a Customer Service training, the restaurant is even more disappointing, absolutely poor food, at 9 am was empty without food, and the lady at restaurant was extremely rude asking me to don’t leave the restaurant while I was eating a fruit, because the don’t allow… I understand if you are eating sandwiches or something like that, but a simple peach that I was already eating? Ridiculous.
The cleaning in the bathroom was bad, when we arrived was full of hair.. I had to call them to clean it up.
Toilet paper was the cheapest you can imagine!
I reserved the room with Ocean view and was not what I expected, I barely can see the Ocean.
I paid almost 400€ for 2 nights with breakfast and the price doesn’t worth it.
In general I do not recommend the Hotel, bad service and bad quality. Around the street you can find better options where the Customers are priority, not like Hotel Castilla.

The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, great shower. Great breakfast and nice staff. I would have given 5* when they put some paintings on the wall and more moody lights instead of the very white walls and lights.

Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach.

No Frills hotel. We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed. If you just want a place to spend night, go for it, but if you need a resort feeling, it’s not the place for you. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent.

Excellent location close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants. The staff is nice. Rooms are clean. There is a bar downstairs (very convenient as a meeting point if you are with a group of friends). I would definitely come back here.

The staff are lovely & arranged to have someone come to our room to do the covid tests we need to fly to the UK, saving us the hassle of finding and travelling to a testing centre. The pool is great & location ideal - right next to a tram stop and a bus stop. Lovely selection of drinks and very good coffee. Room clean and beds made each day.

The best things about this hotel are its location, the size of the rooms and the friendly staff. Due to COVID-19, breakfast is currently being served in predefined menus. There is a nice pool and the cleanliness of the hotel is at a high level.
