Perfect room for a single person. Clean compact and close to city center very good value for money.. Breakfast just 3 euro but just a roll butter and coffe and small Juice still good refresher for a start of the day

Great place to stay, close to city center , not far walk to playa postiguet. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. The only issue are thiny walls, you can hear the neighbours 🙄

I stayed here on a solo trip and the room was clean, comfortable and ideal for one night. Before checking in, I also managed to add late checkout for 3 euros only. The location was very convenient, in the central of alicante, minutes away from the mercado and a 15 min walk from the beach. It would have been 4/5 but I had a strange experience with the service. Late checkout was 3PM but at 2:45PM the cleaner just opened my door, even though the do not disturb sign was on it, to clean it which was confusing as I was still using my room. When I checked out, the receptionist said to me that I broke the hair dryer, but it was already broken when I checked in. When I told them this, the receptionist questioned if I had used the hairdryer and to this I showed her my soaking wet post-shower hair. She then backed down and said it was ok and everything was sorted. Left a bit of a sour taste for me.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Alicante. Quite central if the city and easy to get to the beach. Great value. The guys at reception were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Fantastic value for money! We were very satisfied with this accommodation and our expectations were definitely surpassed in every way! For such a good price we honestly didn't expect to have this level of service! Very clean, cosy room, friendly staff at the hotel, with daily cleaning service available as well, and the cleaning staff doing a very thorough and amazing job. Location is very central so it is very convenient, especially if you are visiting without a car. It is extremely close to the city centre, bars, restaurants, beaches etc. All in all, it was a great experience and we would certainly love to come back!

I can't comment on the hotel's interior because I ended up canceling my reservation, but the person who helped me at reception (the guy with the long, curly hair) was very unpleasant, with very little desire to help me with my problem and an attitude that seemed to be giving me permission to stay. I understand that spending eight hours at that reception desk isn't something anyone wants to do, but maybe you should think about changing jobs...for your own good.
