Weak air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea.
Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also hand wash and hand/body cream.
24 hour front desk. Luggage storage service. Front desk will arrange airport taxis for those early flights.
We didn't have breakfast here as there are plenty of cafés just outside where you can grab a bit. It does come to about the same price. Quality food outside or quantity inside, you decide.
There is a roof too terrace but the bar is closed, but great views of the castle.
The room was really clean, spacious and with nice interior, just like the hotel itself. Besides, I guess we had one of the most beautiful views on Alicante from our balcony (see the pic attached). The location of this hotel is also a big advantage.
Nevertheless, there are also a few cons to improve:
- I've been to a decent number of countries, and it was the first hotel not providing drinking water free of charge. They only give a small bottle (around 300 ml) per person after checking in, that's all.
- There is a beautiful terrace on the top floor. However, all sofas on that terrace were soaked (I guess it rained a little before we came to Alicante), and during 4 days nobody even tried to dry them up.

Stayed here twice now differently will stay again. Perfectly located for all amenities, beach and Castle.
