Very good location. Our room had a view of the mountains. Spacious room, clean, the breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff.

Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.

The hotel is well located, clean and with comfortable amenities.

I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away.
Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card).
The intention obviously is to get to keep the 10 euro from guests who are in a hurry and don't come back to the reception after retrieving their vehicle.

They turn off the air conditioning at the last floor and it is 30 degrees Celsius inside the room. It is not a room, it is a sauna. Nothing luxurious if you cannot sleep at all in this heat. I told them multiple times, but they said it is a matter of time. It was not, it became hotter and hotter in the room. All the neighbor rooms said their AC does not work, too. Also, 0 sound isolation.

Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services.

Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

A good hotel for a week stay. Breakfast was fresh however mostly the same every day - mainly continental choices. Staff were friendly. Location of hotel is perfect, very close to the castle and Santa Maria Basílica. Room was hard to get to the right temperature - it was either too cold or too hot. View from the terrace of the hotel is perfect and all in all it was a comfortable stay. Just be aware if chosen a room with a view of town hall, the plaza is very noisy at night. Best to wear some earplugs!

Always stay here when visiting Alicante. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and it was in need of this due to noise coming in from outside and very tired furniture etc indoors. The location is a stone's throw from the beach and the old town, and there's almost always something interesting going on in the town square. As for the hotel, it is very comfortable, clean, and the hotel staff are extremely well trained in customer service - a real pleasure. We also had breakfast at the hotel which was also excellent and very efficient in terms of restocking. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very firm beds and expect to hear outside noise at night.
Weak air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea.
Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also hand wash and hand/body cream.
24 hour front desk. Luggage storage service. Front desk will arrange airport taxis for those early flights.
We didn't have breakfast here as there are plenty of cafés just outside where you can grab a bit. It does come to about the same price. Quality food outside or quantity inside, you decide.
There is a roof too terrace but the bar is closed, but great views of the castle.

My room had a window in the bathroom facing the plaza, which is lit all night long. Not a problem in the room itself, since it has heavy curtains, but there is an opaque glass door between the bathroom and the room itself, so the light from the plaza was coming through, quite brightly. For people who need total darkness to sleep well this is a problem. Other than that - love this hotel! (not all rooms have this issue).
