Unfortunately, the bathroom had mold on the ceilings and bathtub, and it was very old. The room, however, had been renovated. I think a renovation would do the hotel good. The breakfast was good, and there was something for everyone.

Super good morning, I'm here. It has everything close by, bars, shops, the beach, the bus stop to go to the airport. I loved it. Super nice.

It is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot.
There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away.
It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way.
The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich.
The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.

Clean and comfortable hotel. My room was located high up with a view towards the castle.
Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade.
The walls in the rooms seemed a little thin as I could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms at times.
The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked · Great location, fabulous breakfast, very friendly staff, cleaning every day.
Nice big room with a balcony (beautiful view) and a fresh feel for holidays.
Big bathroom, with a low bathtub, a sink with big counter and a bidet (of course toilet too).
Backyard terraces with chairs and decent sized pool.
A very large underground parking lot for those with car.
Disliked · The elevators... there are 4 elevators and it can even take 5-10 minutes for one of them to come. But this does not affect my score and the positive vibes. The hotel is great!

This hotel is fine,the Breakfast offered is 100%there is so much to choose from.
The staff are very friendly/helpful
10 yrds away is the tram stop "MARQ CASTILLIO" also bus stop for the c6(airport) and bus stop for the center.
it's a 10 min walk to the nearest beach,which has all you need including bars,cafes,waterspouts,etc etc.
The Hotel is located in a VERY GOOD position.
it is more than adequately clean,room service everyday.
I personally will stay here again sometime in the future.

Not a hotel I would recommend. Staff very nice but food not great. The dinner buffet at 24 euros per person was more expensive than restaurants outside and food substandard. The only food that was good was fries. Sun loungers could use a good power wash. Rooms were clean although didn't top up hand soap. Ours had absolutely zero in it by second last day of our stay
