Get to see the sunrise at breakfast which is a novelty. The rooms are good, provided you get a sea view, although floors 2-3 are more desirable as there is a garage infront at ground floor level.

The food tastes really nice and to a very good price. The staffs were so kind, helpful and very quick to make the food. Here we want to highlight Jimmy, Kelvin Monica and for being ekstra kind to us.
Overall the hotel was clean, clam and very smiling and sweet staffs. I recommend Albahia Hotel.

The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant. The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff - Monica, Laura, James, Selin, Aleja and of course the chef Naty. My Spanish isn't great but the staff were super helpful and kind. Also the reception staff - Monica, Paola and Sara - were great!

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Great breakfast selection with fresh fruit, pastries, bacon & eggs plus continental buffet. Nice quiet area, little beach 2 min walk away plus lots of other gorgeous beaches just a sort walk or tram ride away. Thank you Selin and everyone else who’s names we didn’t catch 🥰😎

Very nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice.

We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices.

Lovely view, great service. I really enjoyed the stay. It's quiet, nice and clean. I attach the view from the terrace.

The standard room is - one could say - at a disadvantage. The view from the window looks at the rocks and it is quite dark in the rooms. Unpleasant smell from the toilet. The breakfasts are terrible. I believe that if they only serve basic meals like scrambled eggs, coffee and "orange juice" it should be top notch. Every day to get to the bus stop you have to climb up a hill, the street ktkr ajesy is probably a city toilet. The on-site staff is helpful, but I had problems with the reservation. The transfer from Poland was supposed to take up to 5 business days, and I informed the staff in a chat message asking them not to cancel the reservation. They replied that somehow everyone receives the transfer straight away, but I have a problem." When I sent the transfer confirmation, they didn't even reply that everything was fine. I don't know who was sitting on the other side. I think it was someone who was very incompetent. I regret that they didn't cancel my reservation. .

We stayed here for five nights and the room was fantastic.
The sea view from the 2nd floor was absolutely amazing.
We arrived at 0130hrs and was greeted by Jose who was the nicest receptionist I've ever met.
The cleaners were always smiling and friendly.
Breakfast was OK with lots of different choices but there was a lack of crockery and cutlery.
It's a 7 min walk to La Isleta tram station and from there you can get to the centre of Alicante in 10 mins for two euros and you can ride the tram the other way for an hour to Benidorm.
Overall we are definitely returning to this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff who added to our overall experience at the hotel. They gave us a room upgrade, with sea views and the room had everything needed for our one night stay. The hotel is located down a side street off a main road and has free parking nearby. The tram station and bus routes are very close and we used these to travel in and out of the city centre. The hotel is an older building but is undergoing modernisation. A positive experience and will stay here again if travelling to Alicante.
