Very nice place, all the amenities were good and is near to the Madrid airport.
It was indeed a pleasant stay and very close to airport and staffs are very friendly.
I am very satisfied for the price , I booked a room and I received a full apartment, 10 mn from the airport
It’s perfect if you are doing transit because the airport is very close. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean! I would definitely stay again without a doubt! 😊
I tried to change my booking and was not allowed to
Its a Ok suite :) a litle noice at night.

Madrid, Lola Flores, 16 🧭 Map
Practical and comfortable for going to the airport.
It's quite remote, and nearby restaurants and supermarkets are quite far away. The room key needs to be refreshed at the front desk every time, otherwise it won't work.
They should be more specific about whether or not the rate includes breakfast.
Check-in took too long. Bed mattress was too hard. No coffee maker...
I won't be back. It can't be part of Melia.
Clean hotel with luggage storage. Not far from Madrid airport. Very welcoming reception.
The decoration is quite new, but it's the first time I've encountered a suite without a mini bar.

Very good location, although a bit pricey.
The rooms are very nice and clean.
The check-in and check-out service is very slow.
Everything else was perfect.
The room is spacious and close to the subway station, which is very convenient. It only takes a while to get to the city of Madrid, but the soundproofing is average.
The room is not small and the surrounding transportation is convenient
It needs renovation and better cleaning.
Good location and convenience to travel everywhere
Great value for the price, but the room where very basic/mediocre at best. I was in desperate need of a last minute hotel and the location of this hotel seemed perfect and it was, great walking distance from Serrano (1min walk) but like I mentioned earlier the room I got was really average but the price was reasonable for the room.
Great apartments for this price! We stayed in Apartamentos Recoletos for two weeks in November and enjoyed the place very much. Super comfortable location, very nice emloyees and quite fair rooms. Ready to recommend. Location: 5 out of 5. Very close to city center, and at the same time not in the middle of it - i.e. not much noise coming from the street in the night. It's right in between historical...

I think it was a very good hotel. We had a amazing stay. The hotel has a very good metro connections around madrid and I can recommend this place to everyone!
Service was exceptional. Andre went above and beyond. Wilbur made our check in smooth and swift. Minor corrections to the room were handled right away. It is not near the historic or downtown area's. But a 15-20 minute taxi ride will get you there. I would stay here again for the service.
Great place.
Large room.
I liked the kitchen in the living room.
Close to subway to airport (direct) and close to subway to downtown.
Walking distance to CBD district, old apartment, old appliances some time does not work. Very helpful hotel staff with very smooth and quick checking checkout process
There is AC but it still was a bit warm during the heatwave
Very noisy, the hotel smells, but it is close to the mall

The room is quite good, quiet in a busy area, and a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is good!
Thr location is superb. Convenient to all scenic spots.
Very clean, the room has a kitchen kettle, the hotel has an underground parking lot, 29 euros/day
The room is quite spacious. The front desk staff is polite but a little cold. The breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the Royal Palace and Plaza de España. A 10-minute walk away is the British Palace, a one-stop place for dining and shopping. The hotel is in a small street, opposite a primary school. It is also very interesting to watch parents pick...
The room is not big, but it has three beds, which is suitable for family travel. The cleaning is timely and clean! The location is very good, and there are many local small restaurants around to try! However, the hotel does not provide toilet paper.
Suites Viena Plaza de España is located in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of Plaza de España. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette, suitable for long or short stays. The service staff is warm and friendly, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the cost-effectiveness is high, making it an ideal choice for travel and business.

the hotel rooms and services are quite good relational quality price without being wonderful, now don't expect the best smile in the world when you arrive, they have plenty of people to take care of them because they don't even ask you where you come from so you are just another number, they have plenty people in Madrid. Right now it's a complicated area if you have to take a taxi because Ferraz is...
Good value for money. Spacious and quite well furnished rooms with sofa and kitchen.
I loved the spaciousness, the decoration, the comfort, the beautiful cafeteria and how well located it is. There is a coffee maker, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave if you want to cook something. The bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
Excellent hotel in relation to quality - price. Well done structure. The reception staff are very kind and always available. Located 2 steps from the Aguierre metro and a pleasant walk to the center (12 minutes). Thanks for room 704
We stayed at Aparthotel Rosales for 11 nights, starting on April 27 until May 8th, 2023. The room we got was large, well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to a Metro station (Arguilles), several bus lines, bars, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and polite and assisted us whenever we needed it.
I loved everything about my stay here. Good quality accommodation, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Will return

Room was tiny with no real view but that said the room was clean and comfy with a very comfortable bed and a lovely glassed in rainfall shower. Breakfast bar which was included in our stay was passable but nothing compared to the hotel we stayed in in Barcelona. Overall decent and would stay here again if in Madrid
This hotel has an excelent design concept, and the people was really nice. The breackfast was good
Superb location, just a few minutes away from Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Can get noisy at night so it may be an issue for light sleepers. Rooms are pretty and clean. Friendly and attentive staff.

The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is also relatively large, and there is a balcony where you can enjoy the street view. The Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza de España, and Temple of Debod are all within walking distance, and the location is very good. The hotel front desk is enthusiastic and speaks good English. The breakfast is very rich, and there is free coffee and tea in the afternoon,...
Because we arrived at the hotel very late, we chose this hotel with a 24-hour front desk next to the Royal Palace of Madrid. The bathroom was large and clean. The Royal Palace of Madrid is only one street away, very close, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the famous market.
The hotel location is OK, but the price of booking in advance is much more expensive
We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 pm, but the room we originally stayed in had not been cleaned yet. The front desk was very considerate and upgraded our room, which was a big surprise. The room was right opposite the palace, just a stone's throw away. It was just the time when the sun was setting, and when we set out the next day we also caught a little sunrise, which brought a perfect end to this trip...
Staff were helpful and polite. Excellent service.
The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to walk to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España and Puerta del Sol. You can see the Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens from the rooftop platform of the hotel, but the Sabatini Gardens are under renovation. The hotel's service and breakfast are good, and the hotel room is relatively large. The only thing I feel is lacking is that...

I like the location and the condition of the property, but the communication was poor. Also the apartment was overpriced.
We had the perfect stay, everything was clean and as described. The reception staff was super helpful and nice.
Amazing place for staying very nice apartemantos 👍 👌 💛
This apartment hotel is very cost-effective and suitable for families. Large space, with living room and kitchen very convenient!
Value for money, good location for a weekend trip Madrid. All you need is nearby.
I stayed at G3 Galeon for over more than a year during 2020-2021. It was a beautiful, quiet and a nice place. We loved our apartment. It was fully furnished with all the utensils. We adopted a dog much later and the management caused no issue when we asked them if pets were allowed. We only asked when we saw others staying with their pets too. They don’t have “customer service” like conventional hotels...

A great option for staying in Madrid if you have a car and don't want to pay an outrageous price or end up in a hole. The room is huge, has a kitchen with basic necessities, and a very spacious bathroom. By car, you'll be in Moncloa in 8 minutes and in the Aravaca restaurant district in 3 minutes. If you don't have a car, it might be a bit difficult to connect by public transport, but it's also easy...
Quiet area. Parking available. Accomodation very good. Kitchen with stove and many utensils although basic items such as soap and sponge to clean dishes were missing. However it is highly recommended.

Amazing little hotel that is so incredibly central. Loved it. Our slight criticism is that the rooms were quite dark but to be expected on a built up side street. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and the airport transfer service was fantastic. Highly recommend.
We stayed here after arriving from a 24 hotel flight. SPLENDOUR was such a quiet oasis but convenient to the whole city. Lovely bakery downstairs and coffee pod machines in the kitchen of our apartment. The beds are so comfortable. I would stay here again, the staff were very helpful. Also a visit to the Prado is highly recommended, Picasso's "Guernica" is overwhelming in it's size and subject matter...
Awesome rooms, and in Good location.
Stayed here two nights in late September. Nice, spacious apartments and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with many attractions within walking distance.
Wonderful clean and world class service. When ever in Madrid the hotel to be. Best value for the money. In middle of downtown near all restaurants, clubs, subway, main street Gran Via.
The location was perfect. The room was also good enough. Staff were helpful and price was good. Overall a good experience. Parking is a little bit of a problem. But if you are willing to pay 25 euro for a day you have parking in the basement

Not a bad place to stay. The site is very cool
Location and size of the place is great, comfort just average (dated decoration, not well stocked kitchenette, not a comfortable bed, no room cleaning/fresh towels on weekends, tv with only couple bad channels), had to pay extra for wifi, receptionists are serving the residents, not the apartment, although they are there 24/7. Next door down the road there is a cafe which is a saviour for breakfast...
Good place. No noise. Subway is near. The apartments are very clean. Food shop 24x7 only five minutes walk!
