Very nice place, all the amenities were good and is near to the Madrid airport.

It was indeed a pleasant stay and very close to airport and staffs are very friendly.

I am very satisfied for the price , I booked a room and I received a full apartment, 10 mn from the airport

4 of us stayed here for the Mad Cool Festival. We booked the Family room suite. Which had two bedrooms. One bedroom had a queen size bed. The other bedroom had bunk beds. Then there was a living room with one couch, a 4 seat table, and a twin bed. This was a comfortable stay considering we spent most of our time at the festival and just were here to sleep. We got here due to missed connection flight. Waited for at least 30 mins for the shuttle bus. The hotel is fair enough to stay for a night. Very basic and quite noisy (from the hallway). Nice gesture that they pack breakfast for the ones leaving very early!

We booked this hotel for its easy access to Madrid airport. It was 2019 when we had to fly to Morocco after a short meeting in Madrid. The hotel is big, and it feels like a college campus. The dining hall is on the ground floor and breakfast was acceptable the day we visited. I will come back again if Madrid is only one of your biz destinations.

Pretty nice hotel, if need to be close to Barajas area. I got a huge room, which was more like an apartment, for the usual price of a single room. Room was overall clean, hotel staff were very nice too. Room could still be a bit better equipped as there was a lot of space, for example an iron would be handy. But of course they can provide that by request so all good. Worth to mention, did not hear...

Great value for the price, but the room where very basic/mediocre at best. I was in desperate need of a last minute hotel and the location of this hotel seemed perfect and it was, great walking distance from Serrano (1min walk) but like I mentioned earlier the room I got was really average but the price was reasonable for the room.

The room is not big, but it has three beds, which is suitable for family travel. The cleaning is timely and clean! The location is very good, and there are many local small restaurants around to try! However, the hotel does not provide toilet paper.

I loved the spaciousness, the decoration, the comfort, the beautiful cafeteria and how well located it is. There is a coffee maker, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave if you want to cook something. The bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.

We stayed at Aparthotel Rosales for 11 nights, starting on April 27 until May 8th, 2023. The room we got was large, well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to a Metro station (Arguilles), several bus lines, bars, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and polite and assisted us whenever we needed it.

Room was tiny with no real view but that said the room was clean and comfy with a very comfortable bed and a lovely glassed in rainfall shower. Breakfast bar which was included in our stay was passable but nothing compared to the hotel we stayed in in Barcelona. Overall decent and would stay here again if in Madrid

The area was superb, and the hotel room was big beautiful and practical, BUT it was extremely dusty!!!. The wall where the pop of color was, all the tables... I could clearly write messages on the dust...this rooms look like they have been closed and unused/unmarinated for a long time, enough for all this dust to set in... Currently staying here and couldn't be happier with the service I've received and the overall experience. The staff is friendly and the rooftop terrace is incredible! This was my second time back but I'm sure I will be back for a third stay!

Beautiful hotel. We were in a suite and it was huge. Parking is next door. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Very modern hotel, with large comfortable rooms (the bed and pillows vere great) and an excellent breakfast (everything was fresh and there was a very large variety of both cheese, meat, eggs, as well as fruits, cereal and pastries). The area is quiet, though central next to Jardines de Sabatini, Plaza d'Espagna ani Plaza del Oriente, with the Egyptian temple behind the building.

I stayed at G3 Galeon for over more than a year during 2020-2021. It was a beautiful, quiet and a nice place. We loved our apartment. It was fully furnished with all the utensils. We adopted a dog much later and the management caused no issue when we asked them if pets were allowed. We only asked when we saw others staying with their pets too. They don’t have “customer service” like conventional hotels...

We had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was a bit tedious at first with having to scan all passports and no staff to help but once we got settled, getting in and out was easy. We participated in a conference nearby La Paz hospital. The location was excellent for us as we also had the opportunity to take a wald to the city center and also walk to the conference venue. Very nice and cosy hotel with a very sophisticated kitchen corner, small gym is also provided in the 5. floor. Only - is the breakfast: very poor buffet for 8€, is not worth getting at all.

Amazing little hotel that is so incredibly central. Loved it. Our slight criticism is that the rooms were quite dark but to be expected on a built up side street. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and the airport transfer service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We stayed here after arriving from a 24 hotel flight. SPLENDOUR was such a quiet oasis but convenient to the whole city. Lovely bakery downstairs and coffee pod machines in the kitchen of our apartment. The beds are so comfortable. I would stay here again, the staff were very helpful. Also a visit to the Prado is highly recommended, Picasso's "Guernica" is overwhelming in it's size and subject matter...

Wonderful clean and world class service. When ever in Madrid the hotel to be. Best value for the money. In middle of downtown near all restaurants, clubs, subway, main street Gran Via.

The location was perfect. The room was also good enough. Staff were helpful and price was good. Overall a good experience. Parking is a little bit of a problem. But if you are willing to pay 25 euro for a day you have parking in the basement

Not a bad place to stay. The site is very cool

Location and size of the place is great, comfort just average (dated decoration, not well stocked kitchenette, not a comfortable bed, no room cleaning/fresh towels on weekends, tv with only couple bad channels), had to pay extra for wifi, receptionists are serving the residents, not the apartment, although they are there 24/7. Next door down the road there is a cafe which is a saviour for breakfast...

Good place. No noise. Subway is near. The apartments are very clean. Food shop 24x7 only five minutes walk!
