All the room doors were squeaky and the ones that lead to the stairs were even worse. If your room is close to the stairs, just forget that you can sleep. The hotel was full of kids that were running back and forth making it impossible to sleep with the sound of squeaaaks.

Starting on the arrival, during the check-in there was no information at all. e.g. meals, activities (pool, tenis, paddle).

Besides that, we paid for the pool usage and we were not contacted beforehand regarding it’s unavailability.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, and you have to request kitchen equipment in the cafeteria, and they will provide you a box with the bare minimum (not in so well conditions and not cleaned). The microwave was really noisy and started flickering and smelling like burnt.

We made some requests to the reception and they took ~1h to resolve the issue.

In terms of sound isolation, you can clearly ear the noises of other rooms, hall and even the elevators.

The bed sheets and towels contained stains, and the room clearly didn’t look clean at all. The floor was all dirty and the fridge contained rests of freezed food from previous guests.

Ending the review, we also had a little surprise of a lizard inside of the living room lamp. 😅

Highlights:
Room smelled of cigarettes smoke, corners infested with mold in the bathroom, no mattress protector/cover.

Just horrible in so many ways. Blinds are insufficient so you will wake up early. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The elevator and halls look old and beat up. The bed is not the best. The worst part is they allowed rooms full of kids making noise all night until 7am and the staff wouldn't do a thing about it.

So if you want to party this is your place. If you want a hotel room don't even think about coming here.

Incompetente and irresponsibility of the hotel staff lead to the sleepless night and stress in fear for us and our little child of 2 years old.
We woke up in the middle of the night due to terrible screaming of the group of people near our room in the hall. The screams were sounds like some one is killing or torturing some body. This was happening few times during 30 minutes period and our child was crying because it didn’t understand what is going on. Later we understood that it were teenagers and no need to worry but we couldn’t continue to sleep because of our child as it was in fear. I called to receptionist and he told me that I shouldn’t worry and the responsible teacher already went to calm those teenagers down.
The problem is that this attempt to calm them didn’t happen right after the first screaming and they continue to spread fear in the hotel at night, due to their absolute our of control behaviour like they are in the privet party on the wood area.
The hotel staff didn’t do anything to solve the problem in the first time when screaming started. In that case the only one correct action was expected to be done by the hotel staff or teacher: go and identify the group, give order to go to their room to sleep and wait and control near the room till they are quiet. But those actions wasn’t done right after all happened and the teacher only acted after 30 minutes. This is incompetence of the hotel staff and the teacher also. In the morning during check our i explained the situation to the receptionist and he said, im sorry but as it was teenagers we couldn’t do anything because they are under age. This was the most inappropriate thing that I’ve heard in whole life. Because he didn’t care at all about what happened and about state of the child at night. Every human should be responsible for their action and in that case this is hotel staff and the teachers, because we didn’t know what is happening and we didn’t know that those screaming was drunk teenagers we thought that it was some terrible fights and we expected that the police will arrive soon and we will be safe. If i knew that it is teenagers I would go and calm them down by myself because I don’t want that my child is crying in fear all night. I was afraid by myself because we were at the base floor and the window and balcony door locks were broken and it was not possible to lock them. Not recommend for family trips.

It was the worst in Madrid to me.

I got this hotel because it was close to airport so to save on taxi as well as it had a kitchen so I could cook since my wife has dietary restrictions. Well come to find out that a taxi minimum from airport is 20 so it’s almost the same as a hotel in the center. The kitchen did not have any utensils so there was no way of cooking and to top it off the AC was broken.
