The good: well-appointed rooms, the bathroom in particular is modern with very good fixtures.
Excellent checking/front desk staff. Easily the most professional, courteous and friendly of any AC brand that I've experienced in Europe. I appreciated being able to check in early.
Good location, close to the airport and downtown areas.
The not-so-good: why do AC hotels always put their most miserable, people-hating staff on breakfast duty? Please find another role for this man...

동네도 조용하고 안전하고 숙소도 아늑했습니다. 지하철역과 버스정류장이 가깝고 접근성이 높은 게 가장 큰 장점입니다.

I stayed here for one night and thought the hotel was very nice and service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and nice. I had breakfast in the morning and the options were great and the food was tasty.

The thing I do not like:
I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby.
Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday

We have stayed 1-2 weeks each every year in the last 3 years and it has always been a great experience that we keep coming back.
The staff is super friendly and hospitable. I have seen a lot of them again and again in the last years and they always have a smile on their face and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
The breakfast is really nice and the restaurant downstairs - Talcuan is a great place for lunch or dinner.

Nice, quiet location a short walk from the Cartagena Metro stop. Nice breakfast restaurant, with a great spread and wonderful staff. All the interactions with the hotel staff were very nice. The room was large with twin beds (I was a solo traveler), and everything about it, including the bathroom was very impressive.

Room is quite small for three adults and the room is not really sound-proof, can hear the people talking/TV sounds. However, it is quite convenience to get to Plaza de toros Monumental de Las Ventas. Also, there's a supermarket nearby!

The room was large and with a nice parquet instead of an ugly moquette. Unfortunately it didn't feel very clean and I had just one very small window.
The price was way too high compared to the general level of the hotel. More than 300€ per night, not including breakfast! Also the area isn't very nice, but well connected (as the entire city tbh). The building from the outside is very ugly.

I was disappointed when I checked in to be told I was to pay over $600. The man was hopeless so the manager had to fix my booking payment. I booked 2 months before at the rate of 388 for 3 nights. Overall my wife and I were not impressed with the poor check-in service and the hotel was very average. When a mistake is made by the hotel they should offer a free drink or complimentary breakfast. We will not stay there again.

Air Conditioner did not work my entire week long stay, even after informing the front desk. A hotel representative came to my room to confirm that the AC was not working, and said he would adjust some computer that controls the temperature, but the heat and stuffiness did not improve. We had to open the window to try and sleep at night, but that still made for poor sleep due to the city/street noise and due to cigarette smoke wafting into our room.
