The hotel facilities are relatively new, very close to the subway station, and the minibar provides free drinks. The breakfast is relatively simple, and the soundproofing is not very good. It is really not worth 1500 a night. I will not choose to stay here when I come to Madrid again

The hotel is in a very convenient location. You can take subway Line 4 or Line 6 directly from the airport. There is also Line 3 at the door to Sun Palace Square. Opposite the hotel is a British Palace department store and a Zara. If you want to walk to the Sun Palace, it only takes 30 minutes and you can take a leisurely stroll. It is recommended to buy breakfast at the hotel. The dining area has a good environment and the meals provided basically satisfy our stomachs. In the case of not knowing much Spanish, the hotel's breakfast is the best choice!

The hotel is in a good location, with a small supermarket next door and two bakeries nearby that are also delicious.
The hotel is very cost-effective in Madrid.

The room is not big, but the location is very good, and you can walk to the main attractions of Madrid. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the ham and meat products are delicious.

Professional staff. Walkable to mall, palace and decent restaurants. Reasonable value for value. Would be okay if less than 100 EUR a night.

It's about a three-star hotel. The room facilities are relatively simple and the mattress will move. The gym is very small and lacks management. The variety and quality of breakfast are relatively poor, and the cost performance is very low.

An overall disappointing experience. I’ve stayed in several Indigo hotels in China and I had high expectations. But I didn’t understand how this hotel had the Indigo name - it felt like a budget hotel (though not budget prices). What’s more, as an IHG Ambassador I’m used to high levels of customer service - this was lacking at this hotel. There isn’t anything wrong with the hotel, it was clear and in a reasonably good area, but compared to other Indigo hotels it’s a disappointing experience.

Nice and clean. Slightly dated. No covered closet. Good that they provided complimentary water and toiletries when other bigger Spanish hotels didn’t.
