Hotel is in a perfect location! We usually stay in Sol but this area was more relaxed and less sketchy. It was only around a 10 minute walk to the gran via. If you go left from the hotel, there were plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean enough for my standards. The only slight negative, I think the roof was thin, as our upstairs neighbour was awake at 4am and we could hear them walking and dropping things on the floor which kept us awake, so we did not have a great sleep. And the mirror for the dressing table was far too high so I couldn't see whilst getting ready.
However, if you requested a top floor I don't think noise would have been an issue. The beds were very comfortable too! I would stay again 😁 (couple, 31 and 34)

A very nice hotel, just at the northern edge of Madrid city centre. The room was spacious, the breakfast great. Our room faced a busy street, but the windows are good, so the cars were barely audible.
The free contemporary art museum is within five minutes walking. San Bernardo subway station is also near.
All in all, it was a great stay, highly recommended

This hotel is a good base for exploring Madrid. You can walk to Gran Via street. Metro and bus stops are close by. Hotel staff is polite, and the early check-in was a particularly nice gesture. Our room was a bit smaller, but quite enough for the two of us. It was very clean, with comfortable bed. It would have been nice if there was a bar in the lobby, but it didn't spoil the overall impression which was pleasant. Recommendation :)

Hotel was in a great location for everything in Madrid. Description of hotel states it has a bar and restaurant, whilst itbis true that they have these, neither are in operation and have not been for over 2 years, according to Hotel staff. If like us you like a nightcap after a long day walking around the City, do not stay here!

Located close to subway station within walking distance. Great beds, good shower and nice breakfast. But, alas, no barservice, just a grab and go fridge for drinks in your room.

However nobody at hotel smiles, it is strange only smiling staff I see is, room cleaning staff.
She did the best at 7th floor.
The worst thing on the other hand is the thickness of the walls. You have to be lucky of your room neighbour.
Otherwise you can listen every noise of your neighbour.
Breakfast was also fine and satisfying however no smile...

Great location, big washroom, yet very limited space for 3 ppl room. Sounds proof was very bad. Been hearing ppl talking very clearly at night and walking steps the floor above.
