I stayed for several nights at Muralto, my stay was excellent!
The hotel is very well located, nearby a metro where you can go everywhere, you can even walk to some famous locations in Madrid.
The appartment was lovely. You can see that having their rooms and appartment clean is a high priority as well very well agenced. The personel helped me to find a place where to eat, thanks to them.

We LOVED this hotel! The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location is not super close to the downtown touristy stuff but it was really close to the Argüelles metro stop so it was still very easy to get around. The best part was the staff. They were cheerful and so attentive and helpful to us with our various requests or questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome. The bed was comfy with nice pillows and our room had a cute little view. The air conditioning worked really well which was so nice. It’s really close to the Argüelles train station which made it easy to go wherever we wanted in the city. The breakfast is GREAT, one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff were all extremely kind and accommodating. Most spoke English as well. Love this place!

Excellent location, very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. The room was perfect, plenty of room for clothes, suitcases and two people. The kitchenette was well equipped, even though I didn't use it. Very close to the Princesa avenue and El Corte Inglés.

It’s a very decent hotel for the price you pay. The location is quite good, close to the underground station and walking distance to Plaza de España and other nearby places. I have stayed here a few times now and it was never disappointed. The staff in reception is great, always giving you a warm welcoming smile when you enter or leave the hotel.

I stayed here with my family for a couple of months during a military PCS. It is in a great part of Madrid, close to the Moncloa bus station from which you can get anywhere in Spain. It's within walking distance of the Royal palace, Plaza España, and the Plaza Mayor. There is parking beneath the hotel, the breakfast is spectacular, and the staff is really helpful. Great place to stay and see Madrid.

We, a family of 4, stayed here for three nights during our vacation. The room looked liked an apartment converted to a hotel. The location is very convenient for sightseeing tour spots in Madrid. It is clean and functional, and it has all essentials. With a small kitchen in the room, you could buy foods at a grocery store and cook there to save money, too. Highly recommended.

This place is a beautiful gem in the center of Madrid. I picked this place last-minute when my Airbnb host didn't confirm my Madrid reservation, and I am so glad I stayed here. It is like a hotel of apartments. Great customer service, clean rooms and a 5 star restaurant and bar right next door. The next time I am in Madrid, I will stay here again.

The receptionist was very kind and very surprised to see his first luxembourgish ID ever ^^

Great location, easy to get the city center. The suite was fabulous, spacious and there furniture was like brand new. We had a problem with air conditioning but the desk staff was very kind. Excellent quality price ratio. I'll be back.
