Hotel Basílica in Palma

We stayed at Hotel Basilica in Palma de Mallorca in the mid of August for almost a week, I was with my sister and our experience was truly wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of Palma, yet it’s calm and peaceful. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and varied.

The swimming pool is quite small, but honestly everything else was absolutely perfect.

A very special thank you to Christian at the reception. He is truly the best! He helped us so much throughout our stay — from renting a car, to recommending places to visit, restaurants, and everything to do in Palma. Always smiling, kind and extremely professional. We really want to thank him for all his help.

When we arrived, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, which was such a warm and lovely touch.

Great experience - The hotel delivers a rare mix of thoughtful, personalized service and a truly comfortable atmosphere. Hotel Basilica was beautiful- not only the aesthetic, but the staff as well. I cannot recommend this place more. Our friends at the desk gave us recommendations for food and sights and everything was 100/100. 10 stars. They were happy and respectful and really fantastic. I will be back my next time in Majorica!!

The best hotel. I would stay here again. in a heart beat. Great breakfast, great service and STAFF. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Gave us recommendations for dinner and the rooftop pool has a fantastic view. Walking distance to almost everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Basilica in Palma. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved our room - the bed and pillows were wonderfully soft, and it was such a nice touch to find welcome champagne and chocolates waiting for us.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the views from the top of the hotel were absolutely stunning. Everything about our stay made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

I can’t rate this hotel high enough. Hotel itself is beautifully presented, very clean, lots of attention to detail. There is a blend of old walls and tiles with new clean lines. Decor is very tasteful with a lovely blend of muted colours and gives a tranquil, oasis like vibe. There is a small roof top pool which is fantastic in the old town and allows downtime afternoons spent lounging.
The staff are lovely, and cannot do enough for their guests, with complimentary welcome drinks and more offered. They are clearly proud of their hotel and they should be. A special mention to Christian who simply is a treasure. The location is central old town with all Pallma’s charm. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Basilica and we will be back.

This is a small charming hotel in the heart of old Palma. Excellent, friendly, accommodating service at the front desk. Breakfast was fantastic. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely love the Hotel Basílica in Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is elegant and stylish and conveniently located in the heart of old downtown. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. There is a sunbathing pool on the rooftop. We come back here every year.
