What a fantastic stay! To be greeted at the door, shown around the hotel and the food that was served at lunch. I will most definitely be returning here!

The room was very modern. The hotel knew we were on our honeymoon and gave us champagne. In addition, the private sauna, water bed and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel can be reserved separately and used for one hour free of charge. It was very good.

I’ve come back each year and it’s a home from home. Hate leaving. It’s wonderful.

Staff is all very kind and helpful. Rooms are updated and tidy, however there were ants that kept appearing near the sink. Bed was not very comfortable. Pool is very clean and lots of options for drinks and food by beach area. Parking is very minimal and you likely will have to park on the street.

Took my mum and my dad who is not very mobile here and we had the best time! They gave dad a room near the elevator , the staff were very nice and helpful! The most satisfying package for this European trip. The front desk upgraded us to a suite for free. It has three floors in total, which makes us feel very satisfied. The rooftop balcony overlooks the entire old town of Palma. A cooperative parking space is provided for 25 euros a day. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and travel experience.

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel in the heart of old town Palma. The plunge pool on the roof was nice to come back to after a hot day walking around.
