The perfect hotel with amazing staff and great location

had a wonderful day and relax for my business trip even it is short stay

Fabulous situation next to main bus and train station. Unfortunately our key card for entry to the room did not work so we were upgraded to a luxurious suite with views over the square!

The location is perfect and you can go to places like Soller easily from the hotel. The hotel is close to shopping area and there are supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful.

I had a great stay! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean. Good Wifi Connection. Directly located at Placa d'Espanya. It's just a step to the Airbus Bus. Most sightseeing attractions and shopping area are nearby / within walking distance. I definetely can recommend this Hotel and would book it again at any time!

This hotel is situated in the city centre. Easy to go around the city walking. Staff is really good and helpful. Nice clean rooms.

The room was clean but a bit small to be called a "suite" was more on par with a standard double. Breakfast wasn't great for €15 I would advise going to one of the cafes nearby instead. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

We had a great 2 night stay in one of the jacuzzi rooms. The small and stylish roof top pool is perfect to get some sun with great views over the town. The staff are all lovely and Sofia in the restaurant is wonderful. There was a great choice for breakfast with eggs to order and a glass of cava or two included. Splendid.

1min walk from the sea with a perfect view, we had a great tome staying in Portofino hotel, personnel are very lovely. However, all rooms have separates beds so it was very hard to sleep together as the beds keep moving away and creating a void in the middle, and if you have a car you may struggle to find a place to park.

The hotel is very well located and the breakfast was lovely. I had some great massages and would spend some time on the roof by the pool which always had lots of space despite it being small. What really made it different however was the staff who made it such a lovely experience. I will definitely return.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of of Palma. Incredible amenities, and very calm, cool (AC was merciful in the middle of summer) atmosphere. We got married in Palma on the 1st of july and stayed for two nights at Calatrava. It´s an exceptional boutique hotel. Location, rooms, service....everything is top notch. Beautiful hotel. Our junior suite was very spacious with a patio. Great location for walking into town center or to the beach. Wonderful customer service. Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House is an oasis with incredible views, wonderful staff - Theresa & Francisco and the entire housekeeping, restaurant staff - All are excellent at the duties!!! Great location, and onsite parking is a massive bonus considering parking in Palma is virtually impossible! Would be helpful if they had a system that allowed you to park up before checking in though as there isn’t always room to wait outside the main door

It was a great hotel, great staff and the breakfast was very special. You could even order a la carte for breakfast: We had a rental car that you could park in the underground car park for 15 euros per night. Very satisfied all round!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. I had the single room that was small but well organized with big windows overlooking the courtyard. The morning breakfast was great. The staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the relaxing space on the rooftop terrace. By booking directly on their website it included a free day access to their beach club about 15 minute drive away.

Very artisy hotel with a accessible location. The front desk is very freindly and provides every information needed. The air conditioning is working very well (which is of vital importance). The place is quiet. There is a fancy restaurant in the ground floor where you can have water, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can tell that the owner and management has great taste.

It was nice to receive a room in good condition, and parking costs 15 euros per day, but you can just park on the street nearby and leave the receipt you paid. It's much cheaper and many people do that. They give you a welcome drink, and the interior is clean and nice because it has a wooden floor. The fridge is small (like other places).

Superb location, relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget- conscious travellers that want a quality experience without the high prices! Very good service and very happy

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and soul and history. The staff is very friendly and nice. But the beds are hard as rocks. I didn’t even know they made beds that hard. You can hear every sound through the walls, there was an engine outside my room that made a lot of noise and showering took forever cause there was no water pressure. Cannot be recommended if you want to sleep or shower.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean with very helpful staff. A bit of a walk to what I consider the main part of town but personally I enjoyed the stroll either along the water or through the streets. It also meant it was peaceful. They hire excellent bikes too.

The hotel looks nice and is in a good location, a bit off the main road and not far from the city centre. The downside is that the walls are extremely thin! You can hear your next door neighbours all the time and the staff is not pleasant, at all! which is a shame because the overall experience was stained by it.

The location is ideal for walking around and easy to get taxi’s if required. The staff are wonderful and immediately make you feel welcome! We were looked after so well by Antonia, Mati and Meriem! The rest of the staff were great as well! Definitely recommend...

Perfect location for Palma. Excellent stay. The hotel has the perfect location in the Old Town. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Loads of nice eateries and bars in the area. Only negative was at night the aircon was turnt to heat mode and this made the room uncomfortable if you like a cool room. Couldn’t be turned off as it was centrally controlled. I’m

Super small room but man, the location, and the building, and friendliness of staff! Amazing. They were so accommodating and nothing g ever seemed to be a problem. And you are right in the middle of old town. Beautiful, great place to stay when in Palma.

The geographical location is excellent and the service is responsive.

Great location for Palma & the old town, on a quiet side street just a minutes walk from everything you need. Rooms very clean and modern. Shame that the roof terrace wasn’t open (apparently under renovation), or communicated on booking, I’m sure it will be wonderful once complete.
