The service attitude is good. Although the hotel is a certain distance from the city center, it is convenient for public transportation. It is close to the port and very convenient for those who want to take the ferry.

The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again.

The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.

While rooms are lovely executive kings are small. Junior suite was much larger and worth it. Rooftop dining excellent.

The room was a bit on the small side and the pool definitely needed a bit of music and table service and more staff but apart from that, it was a great stay. Reception staff were great and all the guests we met were super friendly too

The room was spacious and modern with a balcony over looking the road then the harbor. Pool on the 3rd floor and lounge chairs but closed early so I never went. Also the restaurant closed early so we never went. Definitely a modern city hotel without the hours.

Should really be a 3 star Hotel. We stayed at the Costa Azul several years ago & whilst it's been refurbished since we last stayed we feel it's now way overpriced & given the facilities is closer to a 3 star Hotel. Perfect City Break Hotel Efficient and affable service. The staff were highly competent. The family room was great with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was fabulous and all was managed in a calm and discreet manner. Just back today from a 3 night stay. Great hotel, 7 mins from Plaza dEspana and all the shops. The rooftop bar and pool,sunbathing area was fab. Staff super friendly. Room basic but clean/funtional. Would defo recommend. Only thing we missed was only mirror in bathroom. One in hallway too far away from the plugs so a mirror on the desk would be ideal.

I stayed at Sheraton Mallorca primarily for the golf, and for that purpose it’s excellent—beautiful course and easy access for players. The location is close to the beach, but public transportation isn't very convenient. The nearest popular beach is a 20-minute drive away. There's a delicious avocado place nearby. The staff are very helpful.

Main complaints/room for improvement: fitness facilities are inadequate - there are two cardio machines and one small weight bench with weights up to about 10 kg which is simply not enough origin of the size. Great central location and friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable, but to say it was tired is an understatement. Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained. Would not recommend for these reasons.

Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments. Their lunch is a great value, delicious food offerings, and overall a marvelous experience. Looking forward to staying there again. Also, loved the intriguing art throughout!

This is a nice hotel, but the service and attention to detail has deteriorated sadly. This was our third visit and will be the last. All relatively minor issues but for the price, we noticed them and were surprised. The cleaning of the room was incomplete - the dirty cloth was left in the room along with the dirty towels in a heap. There was no replacement water or coffee. There was a leak outside...

The house is clean and in a good location. There is a bus stop one minute away, which is very convenient to the main tourist areas in the city. The sound insulation of the street-facing windows is average, and the sound of traffic at night affects sleep.

The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th. Today is April 26th. 13 days have passed.

It is also recommended to have dinner at the hotel, the environment is first-class.
