Another lovely stay at The Portixol Hotel. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The TOP! Superb hotel, excellent location, very friendly and efficient staff, from the receptionist (a plus for Sofia) to the housekeepers, not forgetting the catering and service, and a great deal of intention throughout the stay. Truly, a superb destination.

It has been a few weeks now since I visited, and I am longing to return. We had such a lovely stay here in room 10, with a fabulous view of the sea and large terrace. It was such a treat. Staff was incredibly friendly both at reception and the restaurant. We were able to completely relax and unwind, and found the neighborhood restaurants to be very good as well…which meant not having to go into Palma...

I had a fantastic experience at BO Hotel Palma. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. The food overall was of high quality, and we really enjoyed every meal we had.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The location was very convenient to my work at the shipyard. I liked the location of the hotel. It is in proximity of central bus/train station, and at the edge of the old town. All the main tourist attractions in the old town are in walking distance. For going to other towns outside of Palma, within 5-7 minutes of walk, we can reach to the TIB buses at the central bus/train station. We also liked the private outdoor sitting space of our room.

We stayed for one night only. The hotel, room and service was excellent and the bed was very comfy. However for 4* I would have liked my 2nd coffee and orange juice at breakfast for free instead of being charged for.

Currently, this hotel in Europe has the worst rooms allocated to Asians. It is the smallest and most remote room. I understand the hotel owner’s intention to maintain the facilities, but at the same price, the worst room type is reserved for Asians. I do not recommend this to my compatriots. I was there with my sister. We loved the hotel!! Room was very nice, the people working at the hotel is super friendly (thank you Catalina, Paco!), including the reception, the breakfast and cleaning attendants. Breakfast was great. We love having the spa everyday (jacuzzi, and dry and wet sauna).

Lovely spot outside Palma. Great value for money. Clean tidy. Breakfast was average nothing special. The pool is great but a putty it closes so early. Great quiet place just outside Palma

It's a good location, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful! It's not a big and extensive breakfast but it got all things that's necessary and it was tasty. But some of the downside. The walls are thin so you hear as fast as some one is walking outside your room. And the mini fridge is noisy

Amazing location I'd you want to expltrhe city center. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Staff is great and breakfast was good enough. Only drawback here is that you there is not parking spot and the closest parking garage are very expensive. The hotel does have reserved parking that you can pay for at a lower rate but it's a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

We stayed here for one night on 20th June 2025 and we were really impressed. Our room was fabulous in every way and considering the hotel's great location, right in the centre of Palma, our room was really quiet. You could almost hear a pin drop! Amazing shower too! Beautiful, old style rooms with a fabulous roof top terrace with unbeatable views of the cathedral. The room is basic but I love the old furniture and felt really kinda vintage! I'm surprise by other reviews or maybe we were just unlucky. To start on a positive note the breakfast is very good and the lady cooking and serving it could not have been more helpful. Considering the starts and reviews I had my doubts but this place is excellent value for money from the quality of the room to the location to the rest of the city I really can’t fault my stay and would happily stay again and is a perfect stay for a weekend!

This is an old-fashioned, basic hotel but in a great location, easily walkable to the main interchange which is Placa D’Españya. Room was clean but dated. My room was right at the front so overlooked a busy main road so the side rooms may be quieter. All in all, a good stay.
