The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre.
The staff are amazing. Very helpful, very friendly. They have prices and contacts for local amenities such as car hire, and we're always happy to help with any questions or problems. Very happy to return and recommend.

My parents and I stayed for 2 nights in this accommodation.
On our first day, we noticed an ant in our room, not thinking about what's about to happen and removed it.
We had our doors closed all the time. On our day of the check out, we realised, that the room was FULL of ants and my mum has been bitten fully! This is totally unacceptable! We've got proof with photos!
Also, the red light in the bathroom didn't work either since the power socket was loose which is kind of dangerous too in a room where people shower.
I request, at very least, a partial refund and would be happy if you would reach out to me since nobody reacted to my complaint.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable.
The location it a bit of a walk from the main town square but there is a funicular that will get you to a bus stop close by.

Great hotel. Comfy rooms and amazing views. A short taxi ride or 25 minute walk to eateries / bars. Been twice and will return.

Excellent hotel spotlessly clean and friendly helpful staff all the facilities you would expect from a first class hotel the room we were allocated had amazing views over the harbour and Palma city. Only negative is the hotel is located up a rather steep hill and the vernacular railway was out of action during our stay so if you have mobility problems it might be a problem taxi's however are reasonably priced.

The rooms were really comfortable, the beds were very nice, the hotel staff couldn’t be more friendly (they gave us directions to everything + had friendly conversations) and the hotel location wasn’t too bad even though it took a while getting used to. Would recommend!

A poorly managed place. Don't come here. We for sure won't. The staff's level of empathy, attention to details, and quality of service, is very low. Yesterday, July 3, 2024, in one of the rooms, about the outdoors terrace, three customers were behaving like crazy. Drunk, screaming, and disrupting the peace of all sitting, and having dinner, on that terrace. The management did little to stop that nonsense, which went on for about 30 minutes. Today, at breakfast, we were told one can't take a bottle of still water to the table. We're also told that water can't be serviced, but instead one needed to go to the water station and get a glass. That despite the fact we were a family of four. One could on forever. And yet it is not worthy. Not returning here would best service us. And that we for sure would do.

We had a good experience with this hotel, good staff and great accommodations (with interior and exterior pool and fitness). They offer a drink to drink when you want in the hotel bar.
We had a lot of difficulty finding a parking spot because it is always full around the hotel (early may, I can only imagine in the peak of the summer), so if you rent a car maybe it not the best ideia but if not it's great. It's too far from the center to go by walking but it's near the marine and a shopping mall.
Other than the parking thing I totally recommend it.

Second time at this hotel, I will definitely go back there for a 3rd time. Excellent room, very good service from all the staff. Nothing too much trouble. Clean and bright hotel. Good value for money and good bus route into Palma though it us walkable.

The hotel has its own funicular to take you down part of the hills.
We were only here for one night as we were catching a ferry early in the morning. This hotel is ideally located for the port, and the city is a short distance away.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools with great views, and room service was well priced.
