I am just back from a disastrous holiday in Salou after staying in Htop milinos park in cap Salou.
The hotel was absolutely disgraceful after refusing to 3 rooms the first room smelt terrible there was mould on the walls and it was 2 single beds.
The second room offered wasn’t even clean and “there was no cleaners available”
The third room was only okay. The balcony door didn’t lock and there was no handle on the bathroom door.
On Saturday night our hotel room was robbed of tobacco and alcohol. There was nothing done about this. We still payed for late check in and use of a safe and there was nothing kept safe in your property.
We had also booked breakfast and the food was disgusting. The hot food was always cold and questioned how long it wa sitting for.
There was also notes of nasty comments left on a piece of tissue as a note to us after waiting 4 days with the cleaning sign on the door.
