This has to be the best 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. That’s saying a lot as I’ve been to 37 of them. I’m a well travelled person and opted to visit her with my daughter for a week.

We cannot fault the hotel at all. The food was perfectly fine, something for everyone with plenty of options.

The all inclusive service is superb with many top shelf spirits included in the service. You can pour your own beer, soft drinks and sangria.

The pools are well kept and very clean.

The staff as a whole are amazing and do there bit to ensure your needs are met.

The rooms are very clean, well kept and great. We had a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice.

The night time entertainment was brief but great, starting most nights around 9:15pm and finishing at 11/11:30pm.

From the moment we arrived we had such an amazing holiday.

The beach is really close with plenty of shops and supermarkets near by too.

We will 100% be coming back in 2026.

Lovely family hotel. Just a few minute walk to the beach and 10min to main beach strip with all the shops. Bus stop right in front of the hotel to go to Tarragona or Salou.
Hotel amenities are great, big pool with slides. Entertainment every night for the children and the adults. The food is amazing, one of the best buffets I've been to!
Late checkout until 6pm was for additional 40€ ( have to request in advance ).

The hotel is close to the beach and shops. If you arrive at night, don't count on parking at the hotel. They have maybe 6 spaces, and they charge €10 per day. You're on your own to find the white zone, which is free (white lines). The photos show where to go to find them.
The staff doesn't speak English well, as if they just started working in tourism yesterday, a bit weak. The breakfast and dinner times don't match what's shown on the reception desk.
The pool is cold for children, warm for adults, where it should be the other way around. Someone must have mixed up the valves.
The food is for everyone, but the restaurant staff seem to be working there for a living. More smiles, more life, more hospitality. If they can't offer this, they should change professions.
The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and there are no complaints.
The refrigerator cools as if it were turned off.

Mixed feelings about this hotel.

Some reception staff were great but the one that checked us in just handed us the keys and told us where the restaurant was. If you haven't been there before the room aren't straight forward to find.

The ladies that do all the kids entertainment through our the day we're amazing and honestly made the stay worth while.

Bedrooms are a bit small, but clean.

Meal times don't really line up with an English schedule, same with the entertainment, dinner starts at 730 and entertainment is from 915-1130.
Then breakfast starts at 8.

Pool was great and warm and waterslide where great for the kids. No floats or balls are allowed in the pool which is sad.

I think I would visit again but in the office season when it's not super busy

We went as a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10. We got a private transfer which took 1 hour from Barcelona would next time definitely fly from Reus as it’s only 20 mins away. We were allocated two rooms next to each other which over looked the pool and close to the evening entertainment. The rooms were air conditioned and this worked well. Bathrooms were a good size with a spacious shower. Shower was powerful with a rainfall shower head and a seperate attachment. Bath towels were provided. Bed were extremely comfortable. We had a mini fridge in the room with complementary water, Coke and orange Fanta which was a bonus when we arrived at 10.30pm. The balcony was small and could only fit two people on at a time so we couldn’t sit out there as a family. Around the pool was generally clean. Pool didn’t open until 10am and some people started to queue about 9.30am for a sun-bed! We were able to get a sunbed if we went down about 10.30am but any later and you would probably miss out. 3 pools, baby pool was lovely and warm and the other two pools were on the slightly colder side but didn’t stop us going in and having fun in the 30 degree heat! The pool with slides was great fun for the children. Lifeguard on duty at all times and were vigilant. No inflatables in the main pool which was a bit disappointing but seems to be the norm now in most holidays abroad. Water aerobics and water polo were great fun, we joined in on numerous occasions. Entertainment team were friendly and my youngest child went to the kids club most days for an hour or two to get out of the sun which she enjoyed. The pool bar was always busy. However we are on holiday so we weren’t worried about the slower service. Some of the ladies behind the bar were lovely and always very helpful. Food was ok, although always a little wait for it to be ready and you have to collect it yourself, it’s not delivered to your table, but again, that didn’t bother us. Lots of lovely seating in the air conditioned reception area if you want to get out of the sun for a bit and a small slide and swing for young children in the shade. We went room only but did try the restaurant on site once. I would recommend getting there as soon as it opens at 7.30pm as when we left about 8.30pm, people were queuing down the stairs for a table. Food was tasty and a good variety too. Lots of local places to eat too. Would recommend Wizzlers, The Irish bar and La Tagliatelle. All very good and reasonably priced. The beach was great, only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. There were some building works going on but that didn’t bother us as there was no noise and it didn’t affect the use of the beach. The evening entertainment was interesting! Kids disco started at 9.30pm and was very repetitive each night. All in Spanish however the children enjoyed it. Main entertainment started around 10pm and didn’t finish until 11.30pm. As we had a room very close to the entertainment it was tricky to get the ch

Lovely and clean hotel. Great pools for kids. We travelled with our 4 year old and a lot of restaurants within walking distance for him were closed from 4-7pm including hotel dinner which isn’t ideal if your child eats early. Kids entertainment doesn’t start until 9:30pm. Rooms were spotless upon arrival, bedding wasn’t changed for 6 night stay. Overall a nice hotel.

There is so much to say about this hotel. I'll try and keep it brief. Booked through Thomas Cook, flying into Barcelona, not realising there's a closer airport. Transfer to the hotel was by shared coach, and took a little over 2 hours. Transfer back to the airport was an hour. We were just super unlucky the day we arrived that there were a number of other hotel drop offs in Salou. The bus drops off and picks up from the same bus stop, opposite side of the road from the hotel, but its not a busy road, and is easy to cross. The hotel is ok, nothing flash or special. Mainly Spanish holiday makers that I noticed. 1 bar, never enough staff. Could queue for over 10 minutes just to get a drink, ice cream or bar snack, so I started picking up 2 drinks at a time and queuing again half way through my second. I went all inclusive. Asking for vodka, was always given the house one, but was told on my last day that all drinks out on show were in fact included, they had Smirnoff and Absolute. Not a complaint, I should have asked earlier, but then the bar staff could've asked which one I wanted. The pool doesn't open until 10. Absolute madness. Never stayed anywhere with this rule before. Breakfast, lunch and dinner: queues at opening times. Think it was 8am for breakfast, 1pm for lunch and 7.30 for dinner. Both breakfast and dinner seem late opening times to me, but like with the pool, I assume this is because it mainly caters to Spanish who's social times differ to those of the English. Again, not a complaint, just to make people aware. Again, I dont think there's enough staff in the dinner hall, the later you go, the more tables are filled with dirty plates not cleared away. And some of the staff don't speak english, a couple of times the wait staff had to find a colleague because they didn't understand coke or diet. Food was good though, and there was plenty of choice for a 5 night stay. I have stomach issues and basically judge a restaurant on whether I need to use the bathroom or not and I had no extra issues in my 6 days at this hotel. Evening entertainment was not good. Kids entertainment mainly, and that started late, usually around 9/9.30 Room checkout on the last day is midday, which is better than most hotels I've stayed in. I did ask for a late checkout, and was advised it was 30 euros til 3pm, but they couldn't accommodate that for me on the day, so we checked out and sat in reception until our coach pick up. Its air conditioned, so that was fine. TV in the room had no english channels, but then we weren't there to sit indoors and watch tv anyway, but sometimes it's nice to have something on in the background when getting ready, or going back to the room to get out the sun. I had a room on the roadside, which I'm really glad about, some of the balconies are pretty much on rop of the sunbathers round the pool, and don't have any privacy. This might not bother some people, but worth mentioning in case you do want to relax in peace. We we

Always found food that week liked, including the teenagers, breakfast was very good. If you can’t find food you will like then you must be very fussy! Nothing was undercooked, and considering the cater for hundreds of people; it was great. If you want restaurant standard food, go to a restaurant and pay a premium. All inclusive was good value for money, with snacks & ice creams during the day. Pool GREAT for families of children aged 10 or younger. My teenagers didn’t appreciate it. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff work so very hard, place is clean & the cleaners for the rooms were great, cleaned everyday day. Lifeguard, lady who was very good at her job. It’s a safe pool, blows her whistle at silliness- which is as it should be if you don’t want nasty accidents. Really happy with our stay for what we paid. I have no complaints at all.

Stayed for a week and was very unhappy. No one spike engliah and all the entertainment including children's entertainment was in Spanish. Very unfair for those who don't understand Spanish. All tv channels are in Spanish so we couldn't watch tv either. I feel this hotel does not cater for tourists and only for Spanish nationals. Will never stay again. My children could not participate in any activities and also during dinner time there is no free water. Even tap water should be free with the buffet. Poor amenities no kettle in rooms

It was the third time for us at this hotel.Very tasty food, a lot of choices .Confy beds, rooms very spacious and clean, close to the beach.Definitely we will choose it for the next time. Also the staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe something to add,a little too crowded at the dinner time and loud in the evening until 23.15,if you have a pool view room.
