Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m from the hotel (2-beachfront, Playa Capellans). Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 300 m.

Pets are not allowed.
For newlyweds from the hotel fruit basket and a bottle of champagne in room (on request).

Each evening I could choose from a list of foods although a lot of the buffet food was also gluten free. He had a great understanding of allergies and what was in the food.

Stayed a total of 10 days at Hotel Best Los Angeles. The service, staff, and location were all fantastic. The people here were very cordial and I had no problems.
There are some cons, however:
- Parking is an absolute disaster in Salou and you will most likely have to pay daily or walk very far from the hotel.
- The AC is extremely weak and requires about 30 minutes for it to actually be cold
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are extremely repetitive. Some solid options here and there, but there are a lot of processed items.
However, since I paid about about 50 euros for all inclusive, I can't really complain. A generous 4 stars for this hotel if you can score a good deal. Cheers!
The bar staff are rude and couldn’t care less. They talk between themselves look at you and then carry on talking between themselves again.
The food on the restaurant is adequate and has a fair choice, it was rather limited on vegetarian options.
The hotel sent an email the day after check in to ask how things were going, I commented that vegetarian options weren’t too good and to be fair the guest relations lady met me the next day to ask that they could do differently.
The hotel is spotless and very clean,
It seems the guest relations / reception team are doing all they can to help but bar staff really do need to be trained on what to do and how to provide a service, not just give drinks but to actually smile and make the guest feel welcome.
All in all a very good hotel and I would stay here again.
Hotel entertainment was very good aswell on the nights we stayed in.
Would definitely return to this hotel in future.
We were blatantly ignored by bar staff, our orders were taken after a long wait and them we were left standing at the side of the bar watching them serve other people.
Also i didnt know there was a limit on all inclusive? Apparently 2 people cant get 3 soft drinks for themselves and their friend who is waiting outside? Or we ask for 3 slush and 3 soft drinks and get told no? Okay…
I think out of 5 nights at the dinner service we were asked what drink we wanted ONCE. Every other time the staff walked past, ignoring us - making direct eye contact with our empty glasses.
We were also told we werent allowed in the restaurant with our beach cover ups on, however we seen multiple topless men, women in bikinis etc?
Every member of staff treated us like we were an inconvenience.
The only people i truly appreciate are the housekeepers. Our room was tidied every day, beds were freshly made and clean towels were provided.
Pool was good, however not enough sun loungers for everyone which resulted in people sitting on the floor/wall - same with buffet service, often a wait to get in.
Lastly, what is the point in wearing the all inclusive wristband if you need to carry around a sheet to prove you are all inclusive?
Definitely wont be staying here again.
