Was a hotel of horror, first of all our room was situated very far away from the dining area and pool leading to a negative experience traversing the hotel.Furthermore the food was sub-par and frequently cold or inedible with many added fees for drinks.As well as this the room was dirty upon entry. The beds where very uncomfortable and the staff were not welcoming.The one redeeming factor was the light up balcony, The pool was always packed beyond beleif, would not reccomend anyone to stay there. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

First time in Salou, stayed here three nights early October, would happily stay at this hotel again, no problems at all.

As repeated by many others the main issue that lets this Hotel down is the food. I have a varied appetite but found a few nights nothing was appeasing to the point we would walk in and see what was on offer and then leave and go to one of the many restaurants near-by. Room and the rest of the Hotel was spotlessly clean. We went on the last week of the season so the Hotel was quite quiet but there was some night-time entertainment still on. Ideally placed as you are 2 minutes away from many local bars and restaurants. The Beach is within walking distance as well even for someone with poor mobility like my Wife. If the Hotel could improve the food on offer then i would definitely have given it a higher score.

I arrived here to celebrate our anniversary. I was greeted with a warm welcome and checked in quickly with no issues. I entered my room which was spacious, clean and a few free welcome drinks. The hotel is in a perfect location for entertainment, beaches and for local bus travel. This hotel offers no quality evening entertainment unless you wish to watch you tube style videos as a main act. One night offered dancing show which I thought wooo hooo we could watch some traditional dancing but to be greeted with hotel guest dancing to requested songs. The drinks at the bar choice on tap are ESTRELLA or sangria. The local cocktails and spirits are local but plenty of international drinks available. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful when needed. I had a problem in my room which was fixed immediately. The restaurant was my big issue due to the lack of quality choices and poor hygiene. The food does come out quickly. My partner as an allergic reaction to crustaceans and noticed most dishes contained fish. Due to poor food we ate out regularly which stopped us from going out on trips. My advice is for uk travellers only do room only board basis

The hotel's location is perfect. A 5-minute walk from the beach and the town center. The staff is very friendly; some speak limited English, but we don't speak Spanish. You can get by with gestures and hands. The food is okay; don't expect the ultimate in luxury, but we've never had a bad meal. Just make sure you clean your plate... the staff member pointed this out, and it's been improved. They also have themed nights, which is great fun. Evening entertainment includes music. The all-inclusive plan is extensive for drinks, but a bit limited for snacks. We would definitely book again next year.

Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs.

Each evening I could choose from a list of foods although a lot of the buffet food was also gluten free. He had a great understanding of allergies and what was in the food.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Best Los Angeles! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the food was really good. A special thank you to Inna from Ukraine at the front desk — her professionalism, friendliness, and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. She truly stands out and deserves recognition. Highly recommended!

We booked an affordable all-inclusive hotel in Salou for a short getaway. The first impression was decent: the reception staff were efficient, and we received our room on time, along with two keycards and blue wristbands (which became relevant later). Our room was located on the ground floor (technically floor -1), which turned out to be a quiet spot, away from the pools, entertainment, and street noise. The room itself was small but functional. It had a double bed, two chairs on the balcony, a basic linen closet with limited and impractical storage, a small fridge, and a safe. The bathroom was cramped, and sitting on the toilet was awkward due to poor layout. The sink area had limited space for toiletries, and one of the lights was broken. That said, the shower was decent, with a detachable head and solid water pressure (although the spray was very concentrated due to clogged holes). The bed was surprisingly comfortable—I slept well. The air conditioning worked very well, but only when a keycard was inserted and the window was closed. The AC cooled the room quickly and could get it extremely cold if desired. One issue: the AC unit’s remote only works at very close range. The outdoor AC unit also blew hot air directly onto the balcony, which wasn’t ideal for sitting outside. Food was the biggest letdown. For an all-inclusive hotel, we expected better. The quality was poor, options were limited, and items weren’t replenished quickly. If you arrive late, you might miss out. Long queues to enter the dining room were common. Sitting inside was chaotic and loud due to many children, so we preferred the terrace. Wine and cava were often substituted with cheaper alternatives, despite being listed on the menu. Dry cava? Always substituted with a sweet one. Service staff often struggled with communication, and this seemed to be hotel policy rather than occasional miscommunication. A strange rule was the need for a green paper card (with your room number and stay dates) to enter the dining area. Just stating your room number wasn’t enough. This was the first time I’ve seen such a system. Pools were good overall. Two main pools and two whirlpool-style pools offered plenty of space, and you didn’t need to reserve loungers early. Some umbrellas provided shade, and one of the pools had a bar nearby. Great for kids, though that also meant it wasn’t exactly peaceful. Pool towels were available for a refundable deposit (€5 each). Now, about the “all-inclusive” aspect—it was misleading. Snacks and basic ice cream are free, but branded chips (e.g., Lay’s) cost money. Pizza slices were €9. Ice cream shown on the large promo boards around the pool was not included. So yes, you’re wearing the blue wristband, but still paying for many items. There are also guests with yellow wristbands and some without—likely different package levels—which makes the all-inclusive aspect feel less “inclusive.” The hotel’s location is very convenient: in the hotel district of Salo

We stayed here last week for a short holiday on full board basis. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We emailed the hotel beforehand to request a quiet room as we have a toddler who naps during the day. Unfortunately nobody replied or acknowledged our request. The rooms themselves are quite modern and clean, but walls are paper thin so you could hear every noise from adjacent rooms. We also got a room next to a very busy road, and was especially noisy on Friday evening with the night life at full swing. The housekeeping, however, were very good and are to be commended. The food, though plentiful and replenished regularly, was definitely not of 4 star quality. It is acceptable, and we managed to find at least one thing we liked during each meal, however, it was disappointing as we expected better of a supposedly 4 star hotel. Lastly, the staff are not the friendliest, especially the restaurant staff - perhaps it's the language barrier, but it seems they are a lot friendlier with the local speaking guests compared to English speaking. The hotel itself is well located and very close to the beach, but for the reasons noted above, we don't think we will be coming back.

Stayed here for a week commencing 13/04 and had a wonderful time. Food was varied and delicious, the entire hotel was spotless! Drinks from the bar are super cheap and you can't go wrong with the coffee either!
