Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti Helsinki

I was in Kubernetes event there. Environment and professionals were great. Food was overall good, service was quite good as well. Rack was not monitored and cafe didn't have anything to eat. Location is central Helsinki so can't complain.

Very good location close to the center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Great location. This is a very nice place to stay - the breakfast especially made an impression. Very fast check-in and the staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious with a nice view. In the lobbies, they have this great ambient music mixed with natural sounds playing, great touch. I will be returning here.

Great staff. Nice restaurant got a pool in the cellar. That felt a bit outdated with a bit to cold water. Good knowledge on the staff.. was asking. For wegan options . And found out the receptionist was wegan also. That made it easier for us to get recommendations. No que at the reception . Got our room within 5 mins even if we were 1st timers on the hotell

Decent boutique hotel in downtown Helsinki, right next to the infamous Kamppi mall, which inspired the founding of Wolt.

Solid rooms, good level of cleanliness, sauna and pool areas are tidy, staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is having many options.

Hotel works both for business and pleasure travels.

It‘s a great hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff is very friendly, supporting and quick. There is a pool and a sauna which are both lovely facilities. The hotel is just a few minutes walking from central station and Kamppi centre is almost next door. Highly recommendable when you are planning a trip to Helsinki.

A very central hotel in Helsinki. My family started our vacation at the Presidentti and thank goodness it was planned as such as the airline killed one of our bags and we had to buy another piece of luggage from the mall just behind the hotel.

The rooms were adequate, but we found the beds too soft (we always have this issue). The bathroom was big enough and had amenities.

Breakfast was included, and was a sumptuous spread although there was minimal rotation of offerings. There were hot, cold, pastry and breads, and fruits to offer. It was good for me as I have a heavy breakfast to power me till dinner with a small snack in between the 2 meals.

It was a very central location, as there was a mall behind, within walking distance to the Christmas Market, and the Rock church and some of the other sites in Helsinki.

All in all a good hotel stay. Pardon the pictures.. I took it as we were checking out after the initial day's excitement and rush to get a new piece of luggage before the stores closed.

Sunday breakfast is a no go at 9 am.
Don't know why I told my favorite breakfast time at check-in.
Got better breakfast at other hotels.
Rooms are ok.
At 3 pm all service counters should be manned continously for check-in

The Hotel staff was nice and got us into our rooms fairly fast.

I appreciate that you had multiple language chocies for filling the papers to make it easier for foreigners tourists.

The hotel Room was very clean and organized, we had a hair dryer and 3 towels. I really didn’t appreciate the way the shower was built, water got outside and it was hard to get rid of it, it was affecting us if we wanted to use the toilet.

The views were nice, I appreciate hotels with good views that will let you see the city moving and being alive, but I don‘t think the room price of 120€ + breakfast for one night was reasonable, maybe a little too overpriced due to the inconveniences we experienced.

If you go to this hotel in the winter beware that the rooms take quite long to heat up and they are not heated already when you arrive.
