The rooms are beautiful, but horrible breakfast - only a small collection of yoghurt and dairy on a plate, no ham, no buffet, nothing for allergics. In the rooms is not even a mini refrigerator to keep drinks cold. I lost the food I had bought for family in France because of no way to keep it cool. Next day no option for short baggage storage in the hotel, because they want to go to holiday themselves. I had to look for one at the Train Station, which was hard to find. I regret I came here.

If you are looking for a great hotel in Lyon, look no further!! Great location, great price, clean and very helpful and friendly staff. So much more than you expect from a 2* hotel. Just shows how much nonsense the French hotel star ratings are.

We stayed a night here and it was just what we needed. The entrance was slightly confusing as up on second floor in a building but once inside it was great. The staff were helpful with recommendations in the area. The room was as described and beds were comfy. An easy spot for a night in Lyon as close to everything.

Great hotel, smiley and helpful staff and the location is just great
Rooms are really not that big but they do have two windows, which can isolate the sound from outside - even though the area is usually quiet. Bathroom and toilet is spotless clean and new. I loved the hotel vibe, reminded French ne-classical buildings
Very close to old town, 10-15 min walk. Great WIFI as well, if you want to work remotely

Hotel is a wonderful experience in all aspects. It's worthy of multiple night stay in heart of Lyon. Centrally located to metro, old town, bellecoeur, and terrace.
In house breakfast is convenient, filling, and delicious. Rooms are clean with renovated well designed bathrooms as well as quiet and well insulated. There is no air conditioning, but windows open for fresh air. High ceilings make the rooms feel spacious and palatial.
Lastly, management is attentive, helpful, and extremely cheerful for every encounter. Would definitely come back again. Service team is definitely hard working and friendly.

Staff were helpful and warm. Told us about the historical elements of this beautiful building. Feels like you are staying in an apartment. Fantastic breakfast, very clean rooms. Modern bathroom. Highly recommend!

That's an amazing hotel, right at the centre of Lyon, occupying the second floor of à beautiful old building. It's quite a unique place where you will feel like home. It's not a 4 stars hotel "american standard" like you can find everywhere, it's a placé where rooms are like you would like them to be at home, in an enormous flat, with a beautiful living room where breakfast are served. A unique place, like a small jewel in an ocean of "boring" hôtel.

It was one night stay and it was very good. Located at the centre. Small but cosy hotel. There is nothing to complain about. Small room but very comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing. They explain you everything about the hotel and city. They even offered me coffee in the morning. Very kind of them. Wifi is super.

Fantastic place, really nice people and great location, making all the attractions of Lyon easily accessible. Very comfortable and clean room, would highly recommend a stay at this place!

Great hotel right in the heart of Lyon, so close to train stations, metro stops and everything else you'd need in Lyon. Even though this was our last hotel of a long trip we still had plenty of fun here. Great prices, friendly and helpful staff and great rooms (even with construction across the road we couldn't hear it with windows closed).
