The hotel staff is very nice. We booked a triple room. The room is very big and has a balcony. It should be the best room type. It faces the intersection and is very convenient for eating. There are several popular restaurants downstairs. The only problem is the wifi.

The hotel is located on the south side of Nice Train Station, a 5-minute walk away. There are many hotels around, and this one is of average quality. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. If you are looking for cost-effectiveness, then this is a good choice.

The area is dangerous. It is close to the train station. It is very noisy in the morning.

Hotel is in a old building. But the rooms have been renovated. It is a stone-throw away from Nice 🚄 station. Soundproof is not good . personals working there are helpful . Good hotel for a short stay

This hotel is located almost right in front of Nice Ville Station. The exterior of the building is old-fashioned, but the interior is well-remodeled and clean. The staff was also friendly and nice.

Room was small and we had trouble opening our suitcases and having enough space to walk around. There is no kettle but you may request from the reception. The bath was really small though functional, water pressure was great, there was a hairdryer. The walls are thin, there is no soundproof, a lot of street noise, and you can hear your neighbours and noise from the corridor. Not for light sleepers. It is really close to the train station which was a plus.

Less than 5 mins from train station. Room was clean and had basic amenities (shower gel, soap, towels, enough outlets, hairdryer. Bathroom in quadruple room was big enough with a tub. AC worked well. Balcony room door and walls are thin and not insulated well - can hear noises and talking through the walls. Lock on door is basic - no deadlock. Safe provided in room. Staff was polite and allowed us to check in before 3pm and allowed baggage hold after check out. Rooms and facility is not as updated as pictures show.

Hotel was in a good location & reception staff were very friendly. The AC in the rooms takes awhile to kick in but is ok once it does. The beds are okay but not great. The wifi is EXTREMELY spotty, connection drops often. The walls are very thin so was kept up by hearing other guests come in and out all night, and my room shared a wall with the elevator so I could hear the elevator moving all day and night which was unfortunate. Overall though this hotel was good for the price that I paid.

I chose the hotel due its proximity to the train station - 3minute walk to be precise. I didn’t have high expectations, but have the say that the rooms were clean, equipped with a hair dryer, fridge, shampoo, soap. I even had an outdoor balcony, with outdoor seating, as the room was on the top floor. The shower worked great too. It would be good to have a kettle/coffee maker. The staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage in their storage room if you want to enjoy the city luggage free after you’ve checked out.

The room size was okay! There was a balcony in front of room which was nice. There was missing usual items in the room e.g, there was no tissue box in the room or washroom. No hair conditioner or lotion in the bath. The elevator was very slow. We ask the front desk to book a private tour for us since people didn’t speak English mostly and difficult to communicate over the phone; we we’re advised that our driver was a tour guide too but he was not also he could communicate in English!😡that caused a lot of confusion! overall not very memorable experience.
