Novotel Suites Nice Airport in Nice

This hotel is okay if you want to be close to the airport. 5 minutes drive. It is rather new. Rooms are pretty cramped versus what they show on their website. Very little space to manœuvre between table and beds. The bathroom cabin is a good idea but it is on the cheap side. Nothing like a Japanese bathroom cabin unfortunately. People at the lobby were very nice. Unfortunately I did not see any difference being a platinum Accor member in terms of extras. Will look for alternative accommodation since we often fly from Nice when visiting Europe. Price is reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.

We enjoyed our stay overall, except that one man at reception was very rude and demeaning.
Everything else was excellent. Rooms were clean, location was perfect, all the other staff was kind, polite, and helpful. Amenities were great. It would have been a perfect review except for first impressions by rude receptionist.

We love staying here, the terrace rooms are fantastic although when it is very hot it could do with an umbrella for shade but I understand that the wind up there does not make this possible. The staff are friendly & polite and were extremely helpful. This hotel is always our go to when we are in Nice

Great big family room with bathtub and large shower. Nice pool. Alright breakfast. But best of all were the receptionists, all sweet and helpful in more ways than one. Definitely recommend! Two stops away from the airport, very practical.

The room is large with a large table.
The hotel parking lot costs 18 euros per night, but there is an open-air parking space at the right-hand corner facing the hotel, which is free at night.
The swimming pool is small and deep.

Facilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction.
Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

However, the breakfast was disappointing (not very generous)! Having stayed at the Ibis Style (right next door), it's better stocked!

We spent five days at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel itself is cozy, welcoming, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The location was ideal—close to the airport and just a short drive to Old Nice.

A special thanks to the chefs for the amazing breakfast options, especially accommodating for a vegetarian diet. I particularly loved the potato and herbs dish—absolutely delicious! I only wish I could get the recipe or at least know what ingredients were used.

The location is great. It is a stone's throw away from the tram station to the city center. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes delicious.
