Excellent staff. Clean, comfortable beds, great shower. Beautiful authentic vibe with a modern flair. Breakfast available daily at a fee. Within walking distance to so much. 2 minutes from the NICE Central train station. A fabulous location!!! We had a room with 3 single beds, and even with ALL our luggage, it was very comfortable. Windows open for a traditional European experience....musician's playing all the sentimental favourites, the scent of freshly baked goods, freshly brewed coffee and the noises of everyday South of France bustle!! 🇫🇷 This hotel wad at full capacity for our entire stay, and it wad quiet, calm, organized. Front office was very helpful and accommodating. Elevator is quite small 3 people max..

I can't recommend it enough. The staff are all absolutely lovely and so helpful. The rooms are spotless, beds are so comfy and the air con is so welcomed. They offer a continental breakfast(which includes eggs to be boiled to your liking and as much tea and coffee). Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels without being asked. It's a 10 minute walk to old town and 15minute walk to castle Hill! There's a good selection of resturants and the locals are so nice, it's also right beside the main train station. They also store your luggage for you and organise transport to the airport.

We loved staying in this Hotel. We have traveled the last two weeks around France and the hotels have all been so hot The rooms were so comfy and you could turn the air in as cool as you wanted The staff is incredible and so helpful. It is so close to the train station. Can’t say enough good things about it!

We only got one night in this adorable hotel but I would go back in a heart beat. Walkable distance from the train station WITH air conditioning! The man the runs it was personable and kind. We were able to store our luggage for a couple hours before we had to leave town as well-VERY helpful!
We have every intention of going back to Venice and I would stay here again, no problem!

I stayed here for about 5 days with three people, and we chose to have breakfast included. The place was nice and clean, but it was a bit small for the three of us. For a trip like ours where we wouldn't be in the room a lot, it was alright. The breakfast was fairly simple, having fruits, two cereal options, some chocolate croissants and regular croissants, and some other bread options and bread toppings. The staff was available at all times and very helpfull and feiendly. We had a great time!
