Hôtel Aiglon

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were lovely, especially for Paris. We had the family room and it was particularly spacious, again, particularly for Paris. We particularly appreciated the modern bathroom that was clean with a separate toilet and bath and shower and a foyer where we had the little one nap throughout the day, giving us the ability to be in a separate room. Beautiful big windows with a nice leafy outlook and dappled sunlight. Good location close to the metro and catacombs but area generally is good, not great. Struggled to find good restaurants that were moderately priced but the hotel is near a station that can get you around Paris. Take a walk up to the 6th if you do stay. The Saturday markets on the adjacent street are also great! Great location for the catacombs and the cemetery and for the Luxembourg gardens.

We stayed at this hotel for five days and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of nice cafés nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. It was a very relaxing stay.

We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Aiglon. It has always been our favourite hotel in Paris and this visit reinforced that. Ethel on the reception desk was particularly kind and helpful, making our young son feel very welcome and even giving him a lovely activity bag of colouring books and stickers. The room was lovely and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located by the Raspail metro stop and it is a short walk to the gorgeous Jardin du Luxembourg. The team at Hotel Aiglon also kindly recommended a couple of great local restaurants. Thank you so much for another wonderful visit!

Booked this hotel on a whim for our 5 day, 4 night trip to Paris. It seemed a reasonable enough distance from the touristy areas (which is what we generally prefer for our hotels). Turned out we made a great decision. The hotel is right next to a metro station and it takes 15 mins to get to the Latin quarter, 20-25 to get to the Eiffel Tower, 30 to get to Le Marais. Room was spacious and quiet, bathroom was a bit on the tight/narrow side. Our bathroom only had a hand held shower, which my husband wasn’t a fan of (sharing in case that matters to you). Hotel staff were very friendly. All in all, I’d highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back if we return to Paris.

We stayed with our tween and teen in the Apartment. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The hotel is conveniently located near the Raspail metro station which allows easy access all over the city. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the honor bar in the lobby was convenient for an after hours drink. It's super close (walking distance) to the Paris Catacombs and Montparnasse Cemetery. We ate next door at Maison Edgar for lunch and it was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect getaway and the best place to explore Paris

A small charming hotel that has recently been renovated. It offers its own custom tea in collaboration with kodama and I recommend it!! Very close to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Cartier Foundation 🤩

Very good hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. Good location, very convenient to go to the train station or to Orly airport.

Large rooms for Paris, very comfortable bed, exemplary cleanliness, wonderful view from the balcony, large windows.
Delicious, healthy breakfast, freshly squeezed orange/grapefruit juices.
A hotel where we felt wonderful for three days (family with a 5-year-old girl) and we will definitely come back the next time we visit Paris.
