Arc De Triomphe Hotel

Great hotel,
Nice and modern rooms with friendly staff and clean rooms all for a really affordable price and I would definitely recommend

The room is just right for 2 but can actually accommodate 4 since there is a sofa bed. There is an aircon and heater but never used both since the temperature is cold enough between 10 to 19 degrees Celsius during our stay.

The hotel has a small ref, small TV, kettle, and telephone.

The place looks safe.

A very helpful and polite team! All professional, yet friendly. The location is great, only 3 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe. The wifi speed is well enough for business calls which is quite crucial, and the hotel was quiet enough to relax at your pleasure. For a relatively budget-friendly hotel, they're not comprising on quality.

You can get there by taking exit 5 of the Arc de Triomphe and walking for about 5 minutes. Very good location.
The room is very spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Paris. However, the carpets were not cleaned and were very dirty. Dusty.

I don't know whose fault it is, but on the day I first arrived, I made a reservation for 2 people, but they said it was reserved for 1 person. It's a double room and they didn't add breakfast, so what on earth is it that they don't let you in because they say it's a single person reservation? I showed them the reservation confirmation that I had made a reservation for 2 people and they let me in. Check-in staff with no flexibility at all.

Warm water came out well in the shower. There are L'Occitane amenities inside.

Elevator very very narrow. It gets crowded if one person brings a suitcase. Two people can ride. People with claustrophobia may not be able to board.

Truly next level customer service. We had left our stroller at the hotel and we’re leave the country. The attendant got in a taxi with it and brought it all the way to us, and then refused a tip. Literally saved us hundreds of dollars for a new stroller or shipping. Thank you so much for saving our trip!

The location is the best. The breakfast area is small but has many varieties, which is great. The room facilities are okay. In a place where land is at a premium, it is understandable that the room is small. The service attitude is not bad, but the work is as fast as a snail. Especially after a long day, the door cannot be opened, so I can't give them good reviews. . I must mention the elevator. My husband and I had to hold our luggage tightly to fit it in. I weighed 96 pounds and my husband weighed 170 pounds.

Fantastic location less than a block from the iconic Arc de Triomphe and a short walk to transport. Reasonable price. Very tiny room, no real space for luggage. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Professional staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Location is perfect, I recommend to everybody.
