Just don't come here. Booked a room only to be told we couldn't stay here. You can already see the other 1 star reviews. Save your money for better options elsewhere.
Edit: and they like to cop an attitude when they get called out. See their lovely response to their "customers". Not a place I would recommend at all. Like I said, the numerous 1 stars reviews speak for themselves. There absolutely nothing honorable about this place. Two recent reviews posted on bookings.com too via the attached photo.

I know that the responsibility is mine and I accept it. They are lying when they say it was explained several times, it wasn't, they only responded once and never responded again. And the last time I called ( called 3 times during 3 weeks and was always polite, I didn't speak with the manager cause he was never available and 1 of the employees couldn't even speak English) they hung up the phone and never answered my number again. I am very sorry that they are intransigent and inhumane and cannot help in these situations. Obviously we won't be able to go. Very unprofessional and unhuman and they are still ironic in their response. We will come back later but never to your hotel. You could perfectly help since I am not even asking for a refund or cancelation, just asking for a change of dates due to a very sad situation but I understand emphaty is something you don't have. If I had booked through an app or something I could understand but I booked in your website, 4 or 5 days later the accident happened, I contacted you almost immediately and yet here we are. Your hotel is not even trying to listen or help. You answered 1 time by email and never again. And just replied now because I left a bad review. That's who you are professionally.

I booked a room through the hotel website, non-cancellation option. 1 month before the trip my mother broke her foot, had to undergo surgery and has a 4 month recovery ahead of her. I tried to speak to the person in charge several times, he never answered the phone in person, he only responded once by email. I didn't want to cancel, just move to another date and pay whatever difference was necessary. completely intransigent and inhumane. Terrible customer service.

Hotel was ok, but they charge plenty of money different deposits, which take ages to return!
(Updating the review, since the money finally were returned, after a month)
Overall on the hotel : typical for Paris “inexpensive” hotel. Not too big room, poor sound isolation - but it’s everywhere like this, under 300€ per night. In return - it was rather clean!
Big issue is the reception staff - I asked them for an ironing board in the evening - was not there, in the morning - still not there, I had to go not-ironed to an event. :/ 30€ damn iron in the next franprix - for a 150€ per night you could buy them in every room!
Safebox in the room was blocked by someone before me.
About charges: The hotel charged me:
* full booking price- at the time of booking
* full booking price + city tax - at the time of check-in
* 100 € extra deposit for the “room cleanliness” - also at arrival.
So I was charged overall more than double the price, right on arrival - despite booking in advance on time. This is beyond the limits!
The money took a month to return back to my account… (hence the super negative first review)

Was there in january, we had no hot water at all, no heating, couldn't take a shower. The rooms are very small and not cleaned properly. Avoid!

Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite convenient and accessible. However, I was disappointed with the size of the rooms, which were significantly smaller than I had expected. Additionally, the condition of the flooring in the room appeared dirty and unkempt, which was not a pleasant sight.Furthermore, the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, with sounds from neighboring rooms and housekeeping staff easily audible in my room. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay.On a positive note, the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous, which made for a more pleasant experience despite the aforementioned issues.

Lovely hotel just minutes away from the Arc de Triomph. The reception staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room was lovely, beds were comfortable and it was cleaned daily.

Booked months in advance, only to be greeted with a delightful surprise: no hot water! Bravo, management, for the stellar communication skills – not a word about the ongoing crisis until we were at your doorstep, even though you were aware of the issue at least a week before our stay! It is utterly unacceptable that we were not notified in advance or provided with any warning regarding the situation, leaving us with no opportunity to make alternative arrangements or reconsider our stay. This failure to uphold basic standards of guest comfort and communication reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your hotel.
Anyway, the free breakfast option definitely made up for the freezing showers, when it was 5 degrees outside. Not to mention the generosity of free cancellation option in case we wanted to book an alternative hotel on the day (you can imagine the prices of same day bookings).
Unless you're a fan of chilly surprises and indifferent staff who apparently can’t provide the most basic facilities, probably you might want to find some place else.

My experience with the hotel was disappointing as I couldn't check in due to a lack of hot water throughout the building. The absence of this basic amenity not only disrupted my plans but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance and service standards of the establishment.

I loved my stay here. The location was excellent, close to shops and dining. A block away from Arc de Truimph. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The triple room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
