I am travelling alone and I had to book a deluxe room in this hotel yesterday 11 June 2025 as I could not get any rooms in this hotel or any hotel in the vicinity. I had to pay a hefty price of 560 Euro for a night’s stay! The usual price of a room in this hotel ranges between 150-230 Euros otherwise for this season. I checked in at 9pm yesterday and I only realized it at midnight there was a pungent smell in the toilet when I tried to use it. I had to hold my breath in order to use the toilet. The state of the smell in the toilet is simply not acceptable! The guy at reception came to take a look at it and said he will do something about it. As I did not hear from him in 45 mins, I had to remind him again and he came up to room with some air freshener which did not help at all. I told him I will like a refund if not a discount on the room rate which I have already paid in full. He mentioned he will notify the reception staff in the morning but the reception staff said he didn’t hear anything of it and he will need to escalate the matter to the management and I should hear from the management within a day. I hope the management gets to hear about this issue here as well and I hope to get a refund else a discount for the unpleasant experience in your hotel. merci, Deborah

The location is magical. It is right next to Arc De Triomphe. The Metro is walking distance which makes it veri convenient.
The staff was veri friendly and flexible..

The hotel is fantastically well located, close to two different metro stations. Personnel is friendly and attentive.

I'm very happy with my stay in the Classic room.
The staff was very nice, the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I slept in, the breakfast was delicious and the WiFi connection fast and hassle-free.
I'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed here and was impressed with the cleanliness and modern design of the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy. The elevator, hallway, and room were a bit small, but the overall atmosphere made up for it. The room was well-maintained, with a modern aesthetic that made it comfortable and functional. The location was also a big plus close to the Arc de Triomphe, making it easy to explore the area.
The breakfast included with the stay was done really well and was delicious. The breakfast room was clean and well-kept, adding to the overall positive experience. Despite the size, the cleanliness and modern feel of the place made it a solid choice. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable spot in Paris.

We can’t get the refund money back if we cancel make sure is a right hotel before book.

For the price charged, the size and amenities are pathetic.
Other than the location, nothing great abt the property.
- Bottled water are provided only on the first day!
- the lift at best can fit in 2 pax
- the room is so tiny and the configuration is bad. The chair is actually a very cheap lookin bench
- there is no aircon or air circulation because its not working. Sombe prepared to open windows and get woken up by noisy people on the street.
However, the reception staff was exceptionally friendly and responsible. We forgot our medication when we left and they have arranged for it to be delivered to us in the shortest possible time and the most convenient location. Thank you Ms Kaelle ABBES and Anna Taranoff!

Loved it, best hotel I stayed at during my Euro trip (did hotels in 5 different cities). The price for the location is great and I would absolutely stay at this place again.
