Crowne Plaza République, an IHG Hotel

Been here several times and it is still amazing for my choice to stay in Paris. Staff are all nice and friendly, the room is a bit dated but acceptable. Also, the metro is just right front of the hotel’s entrance where you can roam around Paris so easily. Recommended for everyone who has no high expectations lol

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Abdenn Aur and AnnaMaria during my stay. Although I initially had an issue with my room, they promptly addressed all concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Their passion for hospitality truly stands out, and they go above and beyond to ensure guests have a seamless experience.

As a world traveler, I recognize outstanding customer service when I see it, and both of them exemplify excellence in their roles. While the hotel rooms are fairly average and the furniture could use an upgrade, the overall experience was exceptional thanks to the attentive and dedicated staff. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel based on the service alone.

Lovely stay. Staff are all very friendly and excellent in their roles. The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Paris. It's right by the Metro, which is straight forward to navigate, and at the heart of a lovely square full of shops, cafes and patisseries. Breakfast is the standard hotel affair. The cooked ingredients, sausages, etc, were off poor quality, but everything else was lovely with a good selection. The hotel could do wlth some art and increased personality through it. Feels a little corporate, especially in the corridors. There's a lovely courtyard, though.

Overall it was a great stay, the staff are amazing, and we would come back. Thank you.

My family and I (husband and 2 small children) stayed here for 3 nights. We had a wonderful experience and wish we could have stayed longer! Especially since the children eat free (our 4 year old doesn’t eat much as it is) the breakfast was well worth the price. Not only was it convenient not to go out in the cold rain for breakfast, but the restaurant was very nice and the options are plentiful. The staff was very kind, especially accommodating us with speaking English rather than French, something I am always very grateful for. The metro outside the hotel is great as well! Lots of restaurant options close to the hotel. Also, a huge thank you for allowing us to check in much earlier than 3pm since our room was ready. That was an amazing help!!

We had a great 2 night stay here while visiting Paris. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly. The hotel is just steps away from the Republic metro station and is in a safe walkable area. We would definitely return. My only complaint would be with the shower. It lets water all over the bathroom floor. It looks great, but is not feasible.

Ok. Location is the big winner here. Sits on top of a metro, with easy walking access to the AMAZING Marais district. Beautiful classic building. Rooms are fine - big enough, clean, tidy, but not necessarily luxurious. Buffet breakfast good. Travelling with a family? Do it.

The location and the cleanliness are the biggest asset of the hotel. The staff at the reception is overall kind. The rooms are quite classic, and the bed really comfortable. What made me quite upset is the fact that breakfast is really messy and they have not gluten-free or lactose-free areas, which is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

We stayed an amazing four nights at this hotel. We were upgraded to a Premium King with Sofa Bed (301). Fantastic, spacious room with beautiful view of the plaza. Location is convenient both for walking and for public transit. Housekeeping did a thorough job every day. They brought us a welcome platter of macarons for our anniversary, and comped us four drinks since our room was about 20 minutes late getting ready!

There were small things that could be improved (some stains on the carpet, more hooks in the bathroom), but overall an absolutely amazing experience and we would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza with our family of 5. Convenient location 50m from the metro station, wonderful staff, and the room for 5 was spacious, cool and dark- exactly what you are looking for when trying to adjust to the new time zone. The buffet breakfast in the morning was lovely with so many options, delicious pastries, eggs made to order and again, lovely staff who really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
