Wonderful Stay at the Crowne Plaza Paris – Excellent Service and Spacious Comfort

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Paris. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very spacious, comfortable rooms — which can be rare to find in Paris! Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.

What really stood out during our stay was the exceptional service. One evening, as we were heading out for dinner, I was having trouble narrowing down restaurant options. Gaylord, a staff member at the front desk, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to help me choose a great restaurant and even mapped out the safest and most efficient metro route to get there. His advice made a big difference, and the restaurant he recommended ended up being perfect. I really appreciated his kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

The breakfast service was also excellent — great variety, fresh options, and lovely staff.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, whether for business or leisure. The service, space, and comfort made our stay worthwhile.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had! I gave the location 4 stars because it is in the Heart of Paris, but honestly in a dirty area - lots of graffiti, garbage and unhoused people (they didnt bother me at all) but it was not as clean as other areas of Paris.
The bar staff was SO friendly and helpful. Overall, was a great hotel to stay in.

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff! Special praise for Aida at the front desk – her empathy and care were exceptional, especially after our daughter's airport accident (broken lip/tooth). Aida made everything smoother. Also, big thanks to Joyce in the restaurant! Her daily warm greetings, reserved tables, and genuine concern for our daughter's tooth updates made us feel so welcome and at home.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-located, but it's people like Aida and Joyce who make it truly special and far exceed expectations. We spent a wonderful week here and will definitely be back.

We stayed here for three nights for our Paris portion of our trip on Europe, what a great choice. There is a metro station almost immediately outside the entrance which we used several times to explore the city. Even without getting on a train, the location of this hotel is really great with many, many walkable restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops, and on and on. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was really spacious and had operable windows which was great. The room is a little dated as it didn’t have USB charging ports, but this small detail was only a nuisance, not an issue.

The breakfast was really great with very helpful staff and tons of options, basically anything you might want. The hotel also has a couple other dining options and bars, we particularly liked the interior courtyard area which is quiet and gorgeous to spend time in. I felt like a pampered person getting to hang out at this property for a few days.

Very good location to virtually everything in the city due to good metro/ railway connections, close to good restaurants and bars and especially Canal St. Martin, welcoming and very friendly (breakfast) service, quiet / comfortable rooms

The hotel and the breakfast was lovely however location was not very great for us and outside of the hotel was not very pleasant because of strikes and homeless crowds. But overall the hotel was pleasant.

Our family had an excellent time staying here. The whole team was professional and the service was excellent. We were well taken care of by the front of house and the morning breakfast crew. wW arrived for breakfast separately on our 2nd morning and the service crew recognised that and directed us to the table where our family was seated. It was much appreciated and commendable especially given how busy and large the restaurant is.
