Hotel Dame des Arts

The hotel is fairly decent . The shining star of this place is the rooftop bar with amazing views at sunset of the tour Eiffel . Rooms lacked many things given that it is a 4 star hotel (bottle of water , kettle for evening tea , bathroom amenities...) should have been included in the room compared to similar 4 star hotels in Saint Germain area. When asked the answer was that those are given upon request .
The room is decent in size . The bathroom was not clean .

Hotel is OK, we'll deserved 3 stars. Room that we had, was extremely small. If you want a larger room, ask for a double bed room. I'd say that this size room is acceptable for Paris, since there are so many things to do and see. You may accept a closet sized bathroom, which is right next to your bed, separated from your room by a tiny sliding glass door. Although, rooms need to be renovated, walls a worn, closets heavily used. No tea kettle, or teas. Breakfast buffet is a great addition, but food quality and options a mediocre. Rooftop bar has awesome views, and backyard is very cool. So if you're planning to spend most of the time outside your room, this hotel is good.

Kind of mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, with short walking distance to great restaurants, shopping centers and city sights. The team at the reception were consistently bad in service - it’s like they are doing you a huge favor anytime you ask for the smallest thing, and kinda passive-aggressive about it. Rooms need urgent refreshing and better maintenance. Breakfast is very good. The rooftop is amazing.

Nice hotel in a very convenient area, close to metro stations, point saint Michael and Notre-Dame Cathedral. Rooms are small and bathrooms without ventilation system, so be careful.
