We had a very pleasant one night stay in ‘superior room’ 1 of TINAH in Réaumur. It had all the facilities we needed plus aircon which was great for our summer stay. The two large windows that could open were one of the best features! And we had a nice little view out to some buildings, street and skyline from them. The area we were in was also spectacular because there were so many food and shopping options less than a street away. Also loved the simple yet gorgeous decor and dried flowers in the room, and comfy bed and pillows. Self check-in was easy. And there was a lift to the floor it’s on. It was lovely walking out of our room in the morning to a yummy french pastry breakfast. And seeing other people staying there come to eat too. Also the cleaning staff member was very warm and friendly. THANK YOU hope to be back one day!!
Note: rooms are close ish together so while they still feel very quiet and private, you sometimes hear floorboards creek and movement in the morning as guests leave.

Excellent accommodation! Very well located next to both public transport and a very lively and cute area filled with amazing restaurants, bakeries, attractions and cafes. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and breakfast was generous. As the place clearly states, this is not a hotel! But it is much better than that, giving you more flexibility while still providing a good breakfast with decent choices. Highly recommended and good value for money.

We just had coffee, orange juice and croissants, so we didn't take the whole breakfast. The hotel was in a good location - not touristy, but close to three different metro stations, so it was very handy. you could also walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame etc if you wanted to.

This is an over-priced 2-star apartment, not a hotel that charges with a 4-star price. They have only a few rooms in an building shared with other companies and individual owners. Pictures are very deceiving. The elevator is so old and it barely works.The restroom in a tiny common area doesn’t have paper towel to dry your hands. Asking the staff, their answer was shrugging her shoulders.The location is convenient and that’s the only positive thing. I will never come back and do not recommend this place.

It's a fact when Tinah notes this is not a hotel. As a north american, I can certainly feel we booked something in between a service apartment / airbnb / boutique hotel. There is no concierge or any means of front desk service.
24 hrs before "check in" the host sends you a WhatsApp message with instructions how to access the building and unit.
The air conditioning in the room we stayed in did not work. We tried to connect back with the host, but never had a response.
Luckily the housekeeper was kind enough to provide a fan for our stay which helped greatly.
Breakfast is included and is plated to your table. There is a Nespresso machine and water at the bar at your convenience.
The suite we stayed in #2 is relatively big for Paris/european standard. With a king size bed and plenty of room to store 2 carry on luggages and duffle bags.
There are plenty of shops downstairs and across the street is the metro station. Despite the lack of communication, I'd recommend to stay and would definitely consider if we visit Paris again.

Good localisation but.. Rooms were cold with super thin walls and the bathroom has an air extraction issue. Overall too expensive for the quality and services with a rude owner

Great little hotel. Great location. Only a short walk away from all facilities.
Room well laid out and appointed. Spotless. Tea and coffee facilities available. Great security.

Booked a refundable room and cancelled it weeks it in advance. My money was not returned after i called, contacted them via mail and whatsapp, the only response was that they will forward it to the manager. I canceled mid June and now it’s beginning of August, my money still not returned and the manager has yet still to respond or give me any information. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like that in my life, this is a disgrace. One can only winder how the service level at this hotel is.

The worst customer service I've ever had.
They are barely available. Respond to email after more than a week and you need to beg for answers.
More than that, breakfast never was on time and once it wasn't at all, without any prior notice.
The hotel is located in a good place but the service was very terrible as they don't have a reception desk and they are not responsive.
Although asking them for about 7 times, they still haven't provided me proper invoice.
There are many places to stay in Paris with better value for money.

Clean and handy. Problems of isolation between rooms. Problems of curtains as well: natural light at 5 am wakes you and nothing you can do about but to enjoy a early discovery of the city rather than a good night of sleep.
