Tinah isn’t your typical hotel—it feels more like a chic dorm with the perks of a full suite. The spacious room featured a huge bathroom and stunning Paris views, which were the highlight of the stay. While the communal space added charm, the property was a bit tricky to find, tucked on the fifth floor of a commercial building without big signage.

There was a slight odor in the room upon arrival, but everything else was great. The staff was attentive, offering excellent recommendations for places to visit. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable, making it perfect for our quick one-night stop. A unique stay with plenty of character!

The location was amazing, and the view was just stunning. I posted a few photos on Instagram, and my friends kept asking where it was. Even though they haven’t been here, they’re already saying they want to stay here next time! fot the price, it’s such a great deal. Self-check-in was super easy, and the shared area had everything—plates, utensils, and even coffee always available, which was perfect for a solo traveler like me.

That said, the room was a bit cold for November. The portable heater helped, but one of them didn’t work, and the towel warmer in the bathroom was tricky to figure out. Also, even though I was on a high floor (6th?), I could hear people being loud on the street late at night on the weekend. If you’re not too sensitive to noise or the cold, it’s still a great place to stay!

Absolutely adored our stay at Tinah in the heart of Paris. It’s a great central location and a quiet street considering it’s so central. The rooms are comfortable yet modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It’s a mix between a BnB and a hotel but it was so quiet and accomodating.

They also allowed us to check in early which was fantastic as we had bit backpacking bags. Definitely recommend if visiting Paris.

We had a very pleasant one night stay in ‘superior room’ 1 of TINAH in Réaumur. It had all the facilities we needed plus aircon which was great for our summer stay. The two large windows that could open were one of the best features! And we had a nice little view out to some buildings, street and skyline from them. The area we were in was also spectacular because there were so many food and shopping options less than a street away. Also loved the simple yet gorgeous decor and dried flowers in the room, and comfy bed and pillows. Self check-in was easy. And there was a lift to the floor it’s on. It was lovely walking out of our room in the morning to a yummy french pastry breakfast. And seeing other people staying there come to eat too. Also the cleaning staff member was very warm and friendly. THANK YOU hope to be back one day!!
Note: rooms are close ish together so while they still feel very quiet and private, you sometimes hear floorboards creek and movement in the morning as guests leave.

Excellent accommodation! Very well located next to both public transport and a very lively and cute area filled with amazing restaurants, bakeries, attractions and cafes. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and breakfast was generous. As the place clearly states, this is not a hotel! But it is much better than that, giving you more flexibility while still providing a good breakfast with decent choices. Highly recommended and good value for money.

It's a fact when Tinah notes this is not a hotel. As a north american, I can certainly feel we booked something in between a service apartment / airbnb / boutique hotel. There is no concierge or any means of front desk service.
24 hrs before "check in" the host sends you a WhatsApp message with instructions how to access the building and unit.

The air conditioning in the room we stayed in did not work. We tried to connect back with the host, but never had a response.
Luckily the housekeeper was kind enough to provide a fan for our stay which helped greatly.
Breakfast is included and is plated to your table. There is a Nespresso machine and water at the bar at your convenience.
The suite we stayed in #2 is relatively big for Paris/european standard. With a king size bed and plenty of room to store 2 carry on luggages and duffle bags.

There are plenty of shops downstairs and across the street is the metro station. Despite the lack of communication, I'd recommend to stay and would definitely consider if we visit Paris again.

Great little hotel. Great location. Only a short walk away from all facilities.
