Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile

The hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to several shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. There is a bar on the top floor that has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and modern.

Classy Hyatt hotel located very close to the congress center. The place is modern and clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel provides different meeting rooms for rent, as well as a bar and a restaurant on site. However, the access is currently a pain because of the construction works at the entrance, which can be heard during the day from some of the rooms.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Well appointed suite and amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The Windo lounge on the top floor has fabulous cocktails, cafe and desserts!! The staff here in France has been extremely friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was fabulous and custom eggs dishes delicious.

Ah....the views!!! Our room was high enough to give us a spectacular view of central Paris. Great weather gave us an unbelievable sunset.

The hotel is run very efficiently, which is critical for one accommodating so many guests. We had to learn how to operate the elevators, but once we did, I understood pre-selecting your floor reduces congestion and prevents packed elevator cars.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is exceptional! It's in the middle of the city and There's a subway for travelers to gain access to other parts of Paris behind the building. A small mall, grocery store and movie theater is attached and below the hotel. A Starbucks is in the main lobby along with a restaurant. Security is always seen in the main lobby, but they are friendly and helpful. Many bars and restaurants surround the hotel and most are open until 11pm. A rooftop bar gives you the perfect view of the Effiel Tower. Right now (4/22/2024), they're preparing for the 2024 Olympics so the front entrance is closed off due to construction, but they have various alternative entrances and exits. Some of the rooms have been remodeled and this trip I stayed in a newly modeled room. They did a wonderful job updating the room.

Exceptional service all around at hotel. From the cleaning services to the Mayo Market everything was just delightful. I recommend the avocado and chicken sandwich. For a quick dessert try the chocolate muffin. There is a special soft chocolate treat in the middle of the muffin. Make sure to shut the door properly while taking a shower and angle the showerhead toward the wall so the water doesn't pour out on the granite floor. The concierge staff were very professional and courteous.

One of the best is Paris 5 stars, quite accessible location specially its adjacent to convention center so if you are here for a mega congress its your place. You are out of the building and you are on famous Champs Elyse Street with plenty of cafe, restaurants and shopping options. If you really like to walk around some historical buildings are on walking distance from here. There is shopping mall linked to the hotel as well and hotel's own restaurants serves French and continental dishes whatever you like from the menu. Reccomended.

This Hyatt fully represents everything a Hyatt should be… a great experience.
From the location to the reception to the rooms and in-house bars and restaurants… its superb.
The rooms are normal size for Europe hotels and the bathroom is very modern and clean.
Well equipped with mini fridge, ironing board/iron, safe & coffee/tea but no coffee machine.
The gym is very big and has everything you need for a great workout but has no view or windows as it is located in the basement.
The lounge /restaurant on the top floor is wonderful and has great views of Paris but especially the Eiffel Tower. At night is when it is the most spectacular. It’s better to have a reservation or you will wait a long long time to get in.
The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which incorporates a movie theater, grocery store , subway stop and many many stores.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Love the breakfast buffet. However, if there's a convention, the breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic. From my personal experiences, most of the staff I encounter, I had a pleasant experience. The room is a little small, in my opinion. The location is about 5 minutes away from the metro line, airport coach, and bus line. BTW, the room does have a fridge, so you can have a bottle of champagne chill from the lobby store or many convenient stores around the hotel. Enjoy your stay. Cheers!

It was a very comfortable 5-night stay. We had a suite, so it had more space for three people. The room was relatively clean. Although having breakfast as part of the stay was nice, they could’ve varied the buffet items daily.
Location-wise, it is not in the heart of the hustle bustle of the touristy areas. However, it was not far from the main points of interest using the metro, bolt and even walking…
