The location was great but the rooms were similar to other hotels we stayed in around Paris at much more premium a cost.
The breakfast service delivered to the room was a nice touch.
We didn't really like the split bed merged together by bedding, it made it more difficult to cuddle after long days walking through paris.
Be sure to bring the breakfast card to the desk rather than placing it on the door. I made this mistake.
Very nice staff though. And very close to metro station.

In a very busy neighborhood and extremely noisy till wee morning hours. Light sleeper? Not the right hotel for you! Staff are delightful ! Need to fix their showers drainage. A complete disaster ! You take a shower and the tub fills up in no time and doesn’t drain well!

Very colorful and fun room to stay in (red junior suite). Romantic and cozy though it is forbidden to use the fireplace today. Maybe better to unlist the fireplace as part of the benefits.
Staff very nice and helpful but did get the breakfast order wrong every time.😅
We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone that likes quirky and characteristic place to stay two streets from amazing Montmartre neighborhood.

It is an incredibly beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovingly decorated and beautifully, albeit slightly kitschy. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, which you can see from time to time, but that is what makes the hotel so charming.

Decent location. Beautiful old-style rooms. Firm beds. I loved the style of the rooms and the balconys here (and great size bathrooms with tubs!), but the entire place was definitely old-feeling in that it needed to be updated. Just things to note that you could tell needed to be repaired or renovated, even if small things that could be honestly quick fixes. Don't need to change the aesthetic, just need to do more to show actual care in this building that purports to be a 4-star. Also, the reception staff is not attentive and is often not occupied by someone. In the evening, was no way to get into the building, which was very frustrating and awkward. Had to bang until someone came up the stairs to let me in.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. Fantastic views of the Sacre Couer and the streets below always full of energy and atmosphere all hours. The hotel has an excellent location in view of the Moulin Rouge just up the road and with a metro station 20 metres away and a 20 minute walk up to Sacre Couer. Felt like a safe
area always during all hours. No hotel bar or Restaurant available but everything you need is right outside.
A lot of reviews complaining about cleanliness we had no issues with that. Clean and tidy hotel which like the rest of Europe is dated that's all. We enjoyed the decor of the hotel.
Other reviews mention about the noise from the street, we found just closing the balcony doors solved that issue when needed. Which we did after France beat Portugal on penalties! Awesome atmosphere!

The rooms were fine, not the cleanest and there were a few slightly broken things. If you want a cutesy place to be with a partner that’s near to cool places it’s a great location though. Definitely good for a romantic trip, but not the most luxurious experience.

The room was lovely and the staff were fantastic. They made sure we were comfortable and happy, going so far as to put fans in our rooms because we were hot. They were polite too, and very fun to chat with.
Rafik Khamis was specifically attentive on our last day, even bringing us coffee while we waited for our transport to the airport.

I wanted to give this place a higher review, first of all the staff was wonderful and friendly. We got a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the Sacré-Cœur, and a huge jacuzzi. We got this hotel because it was walking distance from a concert I was going to during our stay. Everything was perfect, except for the fact that this place seems like it's never been cleaned thoroughly. I was horrified to learn when I turned on the jets in the tub (while I was in it), an explosion of hair filled it, when the tub drained you can see what I mean, it looks like a giant man shaved head to toe in there. One of the 2 towels was unusable because there was a huge clump of hair fused to it. The doorknob to the bathroom even fell off while I was in there, although the staff was wonderful and gave us a free plate of cheese while they fixed it. If the hotel got a better cleaning/upkeep staff, it would be a perfect stay, but honestly this place at the moment feels like a health hazard and it makes me wonder what other, less visible, things weren't cleaned as well. I would stay again in the future if they improved their cleanliness, because besides that they were wonderful.

This was an amazing experience. I have to say the hospitality is better than expected! The room was a good size, we had a large tub and a balcony and a view of sacre Coeur. They have room service for breakfast. I love the originality of the rooms, that they kept with the original decor. It is an authentic French experience for anyone staying for their first time. Taxis are available right outside the hotel. The lobby is locked and secure. There is a grocery store, restaurants and bars all open late. Short taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower, shopping, museums. Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris!
