Holiday Inn Paris Opera - Grands Boulevards, an IHG Hotel

Great location on the Grande Boulevard with decent room. Very efficient reception with multi-language employees makes everyone welcome. Secure lift access makes you feel safer, particularly on a busy road.

Redeemed a free night certificate here. I’m platinum elite and was upgraded from a standard room to a queen suite with living room area on the top floor. It was very nice. Very roomy, clean, quiet, with comfortable bed and hot shower. I only wish the room included a bathtub as it was a cold rainy day. Great location. Metro station just a few steps away and close to many bakeries and restaurants. All the staffs were welcoming and smiling. I would stay here again.

We have chosen this hotel for several reasons. First — location, second - it’s an IHG group hotel which we usually prefer for our stays. So, the location is very convenient. The metro station is just in front of the entrance, which makes it very convenient to get anywhere you need, using public transport. Also, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. And I would say that if you prefer to walk, it’s actually quite manageable to walk majority of main tourist attractions.
The hotel itself looks very modest. Though it’s quite cozy. The room that we got was quite spacious, we had a bed and a sofa bed and enough place for our luggage. The only small inconvenience was that it was located somewhat in between the floors and required to walk through a bit of labyrinth, including some stairs. But that’s not a big deal.
A pleasant surprise was that, though it’s located in the center, there was no noise, the windows were facing the backyard, and it was so quiet, that I had a very good sleep.
The restaurant for breakfast has a beautiful view due to the big windows. The selection of food is good, you have the usual breakfast items you would expect — eggs, beans, mushrooms, bread, fruit, vegetables, cheese, yoghurts, tea and coffee, juices, pastry etc.
The personnel is welcoming and helpful. I have very nice impressions of the place and I’m quite happy with our stay.

Simple but nice hotel in the city centre. Clean and provide everything you need. Comfortable bed. We had a room facing the inner courtyard which was nice and quiet. Conveniently right above metro station (you don’t hear or feel it which is good). Team very kindly provided champagne for our honeymoon. Helpful staff. Would return for business too. Good wifi, workspace facilities.

Anna is so so so nice and kind: We left our device on taxi, Anna offered to help to write an email to taxi company and communicated for us. Surprisedly the device was found and returned. Really really magical this could happen🥳. All because everyone is so friendly.
They also provided charger bank when my friend‘s phone is dying.

This is the second time staying at this hotel, first time was back in 2019. I love the location, the metro is right in front of the hotel which is just perfect (Metro line 8 and 9). if you get to stay in the rooms in front of the elevators those are pretty small but honestly we would spend most of the days out and about and just sleep at the end of the day. Friendly staff, great service and delicious breakfast. During our stay the fire alarms were triggered twice on different days, the reasons were unknown but there was no emergency. I would definitely stay here again!

Side note: due to the bed bug crisis i would like to say i checked the bed for any signs of bed bugs, we did not find any in our 6 day stay. We stayed on the third floor

We decided to stay here because of the central location. We are here because of a wedding anniversary milestone. One of the desk clerks ordered a bottle of the "bubbly stuff" for us! Talk about customer service! The rooms are nice, although kinda tight. No water closet. But still very comfortable. The entrance to the hotel is next to a metro station. Breakfast is very good! And, there is an ice machine in the basement! Not a common thing!

Everyone was super friendly at the hotel. The location is unbeatable. You are close by restaurants and right in front of the metro station. Breakfast was nice with a fresh orange juice machine. Everyone at the breakfast was friendly too. I would stay there again if possible.
The only slight downside is the shower head or water pressure could be stronger.
