Room was nice, medium size. I had no cold water for my shower in the morning. People next to me checking out had no hot water. Buffet is subpar for this area. Watery eggs, cold bacon, coffee maker kept leaving chocolate in the bottom of the mug. NOT WORTH 24.99eu.

Nh hotel best of this 2024, good location with a clean, comfortable room with view on Gar de l'est station ... from here you are deeply connected with the Paris bus, metro and train system. Lots of good restaurants 5 min walking ...

The terrible condition of the rooms. Seriously. I’m shocked. Don’t believe in hotel network quality. Believe the rating in Google Maps. One and only photo I took because I was upset. That is 1 of 20 possible photos. On current photo there’s a crack in the wall trough which water is coming from the bathroom. Right to into the room. Omg. Carpets are super dirty and soaked with sht, faucet in the shower is broken, etc etc…I wish to pick another hotel or get my money back.

The hotel offers a convenient location near major train stations, with good cleanliness and comfortable beds. However, rooms may be smaller than expected. Amenities include free WiFi and room service, and the staff is generally helpful.

Stayed two nights.
Very Good Location for new tourist especially if you are Asian (not limited to). Right opposite to Gare de L'est station and Gare du Nord is 10 mins walk. No need to be dependent on Taxis unless you really would prefer.
Staff behaviour is good and courteous. Cleanliness is good. No Bed Bug Issues :-)
Could have been better: Didn't get Early Check-in (not even an hour before) We were very tired after 10+ hours flight and an hour train journey, but the Luggage was accomodated.
Room Size: it was the tiniest Double bed room I've stayed ever. If you compare with Dorm's probably it may be appear spacious. Ideally it should be a One bed room definitely not a Two bed room. If you are looking to stay more than two night pls ensure the size etc otherwise meeting the budget hotel standards.

Stayed in the junior suite, quiet, wonderful room with the typical romantic french balcony overlooking the train station. There were some leakage from the bathroom that made the carpet bit damp, they didn't do anything when we reported it.
Metro station is just down below, so very convenient to commute. Restaurants & cafes are also around the neighborhood.
Overall good experience, will come back when we have the chance!

Very good. The location was very nice (exit#4 of the metro station for three lines). The room could be bigger but the facilities were all right

The bed was great, the cleaning wasn't so good. All the wall-to-wall carpets were so dirty looking. The materials at the bathroom were not so practical, plastic or similar. The sink and the floor of the shower look "yellow", not clean. Also why change towels daily? Let's save water. Yes, I told all this to the staff. The rooms were quiet!

Claims to be a 4 star hotel, but it's not even a 3 star. Rooms are so cramped. There is space only for the bed. Breakfast was so awful with some weird smell in all the food items. There were no eggs in scrambled eggs. The location is close to public transportation, but not a great place if you come with your family. Walking around the hotel is not so good. Overall a bad experience. Better stay away from this hotel.

The initial check it was great! But the room is something of a story itself. If your American your going to expect the room to be larger. The room was cramped, so if you are planning to get into the room and stretch your legs or do a little bit of yoga, it isn't happening. The bathroom felt like it had more leg room than the bedroom, but this is Paris. The bath tub is what Americans would consider a safety hazard! The wall of the tub from the floor is at least 2ft high. So please take your time in and out of the bath. Courtesy of the staff was ok, unless your just trying to get a morning coke. I waited almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve me a coke. And don't think your going to go to breakfast to just grab a coke, they send you back downstairs to the bar. I even asked the front desk to call the person attending the bar, and he rudely told me to wait until they are ready. And don't expect the express checkout statement under your door in the morning of checkout. You're better going to the kiosk and checking out.
