Hotel Lutetia

Magical experience at an outstanding hotel. Came for anniversary trip and it exceeded our (already-high) expectations. Location is perfect and you feel like you're in the best version of Paris. Rooms were stylish and comfortable, staff had perfect balance of friendliness without being intrusive and breakfast was outstanding (a well-curated selection and everything delicious).
They also took extra special care of us around the anniversary with special treats and personal messages. Thank you Lutetia!

Perfect stay from start to finish. The food and the service were impeccable (especially the scrambled eggs with truffle and French toast for breakfast). The facilities, especially the spa and bars are impressive. However, one of the most noteworthy things are the architecture and interior of the building. There is a perfect balance between Parisian charm and modern comfort.

Just stopped for late night drinks at their very nice bar. Very creative drinks in a nice atmosphere. Can't speak to the rooms because they are a little out of my price range but a beautiful looking hotel.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for a week and each night was enjoyed. The room was immaculate, in room dining was delicious and the service was posh and accommodating throughout the entire staff. We did a few spa treatments which were wonderful and the spa amenities were perfect. Everything you expect from a palace hotel was here. We are grateful to have stayed here and would again. I took my daughter to Paris for long weekend break to celebrate her birthday. For us, it was this unbelievably luxurious hotel that absolutely made our time in the already wonderful city.

The service was impeccable - from the warm welcome by each member of the hotel staff (‘mum, I feel like a celebrity!’) to the wait staff remembering how she liked her eggs and I liked my coffee the second morning and everything in between. The touches the team had gone to for her birthday were over and above expectation. It’s these touches that transform a stay from ordinary to extraordinary.

Highly recommend breakfast in the outside area of the Brasserie and a pre-dinner drink in Bar Josephine (don't forget to look up at all of the original - now protected - art!). And definitely do not miss the Spa!!

The location is something else too, beautiful cafe's with tables facing out to enjoy people watching like a local, and boutique shops to meander. The metro is also just opposite and has you to key sights like Montmartre in no time at all.

I recently had the pleasure to visit this place. It was spontanous coffee/drink after a walk. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. The personnel were not only professional but genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The luxury interior design added an extra touch of elegance, making me feel pampered from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, blending top-notch service with luxurious amenities and a delightful atmosphere.

Amazing experience. The hotel & the room were terrific. The spa is fantastic, but it's open to more people than the hotel customers; therefore, it was crowded with people the afternoon we were there. A guy was there for swimming laps, which made the place not peaceful anymore.
We had dinner at the bistro. One of the best spots was reserved for us, and the food was excellent.
We would give it 4.8 stars.

This is a legendary hotel with a great renovation. But management needs to do a few things differently. Room service was not good although they did try and make it up with berries. The single beds are not good. The shower handheld has no pressure, the TV does not work with cast from phone and sports channels are not subscribed to. On the positive side, staff are awesome , the bar is great and the location couldn't be better.
