Amazing! I spent 3 nights here. The staffs was so nice, great breakfast, clean room. Also the neighborhood is safe. I feel so safe during my stay. The hotel located close to Opera Garnier. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fresh from a renovation, everything worked as intended without issue. The rooms, hallways, lobby/common area were always kept clean and tidy. It felt nice to return ‘home’ after long days. The location is pristine. Walkable to many points of interest in ＜15/20min. Location, quality, a/c, price, all made sense given Paris and how expensive/congested the city is. The best part were the staff who completed the experience. We did not meet everybody but namely Jad, Tess, Maria, and Sveta were exceptional towards us. They went above and beyond with little favours that improved our quality of life tenfold. If the opportunity ever arises to return to Paris, I/we will unequivocally book here again.

4xrooms all great ,lift available ,Checkin quick ,staff friendly,rooms spacious for paris standards,no street noise AC worked perfectly during hot weather,continental breakfast included ,great area walking distance to lourve,champs de elysee,concord,opera ,loads of Restaurants nearby, would recommend Brigade and Comme un Bouillon near Opera

I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. Showers in both rooms were full of mould and disgusting. Bathroom doors were broken and my wife got stuck in bathroom. We were moved into new rooms the next night, and my room was worse than the night before - mould and dirty - unacceptable. Next night i was moved again to a new room.No compensation offered for inconvenience- manager never returned my request to meet or talk. The staff were excellent and friendly but the manager was nowhere to be found. Horrific customer experience.

Very cosy hotel in a great location, many monuments at walking distance. We got an upgrade and enjoyed a lovely balcony. The beds mattresses are a dream. Very calm area during the night. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Nice and clean hotel ! Liked the location as well . Closer to a lot of places. Good vibe around the hotel. Nice restaurants in th area. Rooms may seem smaller, however it's Paris ! So, by that standards the rooms are good. Breakfast was good as well. Standard regular breakfast that one would expect .

Great hôtel in Paris near the Madeleine Church. It’s the second time I come here. The rooms are comfortables, well furnished. The breakfast’s buffet is fine with a large choice of food. The staff friendly and the check out at 12 ! Price is fair for a 4 stars hotel in the “beaux quartiers” of Paris. I will come back.

Lovely hotel and one we'll definitely stay at again when we return to Paris. Very good value for money, particularly given the brilliant, central location - we walked everywhere (except Versailles!). Friendly, helpful staff; clean, modern room with very comfortable bed and nice linen; good size bathroom with excellent shower; breakfast was spot on and catered for all the family. Happy and confident to recommend.
