Very good hotel for the price. Clean room, free breakfast, perfect location. We checked in early for free, got a cot without asking (in the booking it was stated that we would be arriving with a baby). The staff was friendly - we were very pleased

We booked this hotel very last minute due to our other hotel being cancelled a day before arrival. It couldn’t have been more of a blessing! Hotel Opera Marigny is the perfect boutique hotel in the centre of Paris, it is super clean, modern and the customer service was exceptional. The hotel is walking distance to so many metro stations, eateries and shops! We would highly recommend staying here!

Rooms are in very bad shape. Pictures advertised are no longer accurate. We had to request a different room for our 4 night stay from the first night as it was very dirty and washroom was moldy in all sorts of places. We asked for a refund of the remainder of days as we were ok to pay for the first night but they refused and we were accommodated to a different room. Which was more or less the same and had a smaller bed that my 3 year, spouse and myself had to try and rest on. Had they provided a refund for the remainder of days we were not going to stay (reasonable ask) we would have been able to enjoy the rest of our stay in France and get rest during our exploration. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would ask any future guests to review others to take into consideration with recent images of room conditions instead of advertised showing perfect pictures.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious for European standards. The bed was made up of 2 twin (very comfortable) mattresses, which was perfect because it was me and my friend on a girls' trip. The washroom was nice and big, and the shower had 2 shower heads, which was very convenient. Our room faced the courtyard, so it didn't have a view, but it still let in a lot of sunlight and was very quiet. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

We got really cozy, clean and seems recently renovated family room with its windows looking on quiet Arcade street near the Madeleine. Pretty good selection of food on breakfast although the assortment was quite the same everyday (good enough for us). The location of the hotel is not perfect but close enough to the Opera's shops area and Champs Elysees. Looking forward to return back to this hotel again in the nearest future!

Cons:
- They do NOT have AC, only heating. Since rooms are small and ceilings are low, you’ll sweat all night and can’t open the windows due to how loud the street is. We stayed there for 4 days and they played dumb on fixing it until the day we checked out they admitted there was nothing hey could do in the first place.
- Be careful with their body soap in the shower, it gave me an allergy.
- Be sure you put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door handle, since they’ll wake you up at 9AM to clean your room if you don’t do so.

The perfect place for our little Parisian holiday with kids, we were able to make the most of it and park nearby. The staff is attentive, helpful and very kind, especially with kids. We really liked the hotel itself, the rooms have plenty of space, quality toiletries, small balconies are a bonus. Of course, the soundproofing of the adjoining rooms is not optimal, but I want to say that professionals are not responsible for the lack of civility of other tourists. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, even very early served with a smile and a good mood! We will be happy to return and will recommend it to others.

The location is fantastic on a quiet street just around the corner from La Madeleine and with pleasant walking distances to some of the best sights in Paris. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean, if a bit small.

Fantastic hotel for the price and close to tons of attractions. I really liked the neighborhood as well, as it was pretty quiet, making for a good night's sleep. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
