Pullman Paris Montparnasse

We had a fabulous stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. Close to metro station which will take you anywhere in the city. We visited the VIP lounge daily and Emma was there every morning and was extremely helpful with recommendations and was so accommodating. Fernando in the evening also was amazing. Great attitude, so cheerful and personable. We had some great cocktails, coffee and conversations in the lounge daily. The breakfast every morning was included and had a lot of great options and was a nice start to the day. The restaurant was also fantastic. Our waitress, Mira was very entertaining and we really enjoyed our time with her. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff were accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the hotel. Modern room and adequate space compared to the rest of hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the food as I wanted to explore different restaurants daily but everything was really nice and definitely will visit again

I’m not used to having the bathroom to have no lock on doors. The sink tub seems to take up more space and there aren’t enough space left to put up my things.

The breakfast was great! Lots of option to choose from. Erica gave great service as well.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and our experience was incredible. Good location, the staff was amazing, and food was excellent. We had a medical emergency with our son on the last day & the staff was very helpful in organizing appropriate care (including a translator), and extending our stay in our room. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars for service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean & accommodating throughout our whole stay.

On arrival we were made aware by the receptionist that if we sign up to the loyalty card we can have a free upgrade on our room which was such a special touch to begin our trip to Paris.

The beds are super comfortable, along with the view been outstanding.

We loved the fact we could order breakfast to our room, which we did on one of the morning’s. This was delicious & was then cleared away before we returned to our room later in the day.

We made use of the Skybar on 2 nights of our stay, this was an amazing experience & something we will not ever forget. The views, food, drink & service was exceptional!

Nothing felt too much trouble to any of the staff & we would 100% be staying here again.

We used the local experts each day we were here for support with finding local amenities and they were so kind and approachable with helping us.

We spent two nights at the hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and they were attentive to the things we needed. The location is perfect and the food is delicious. We definitely will come back soon.

The hotel is modern, clean and perfect for our trip. The facilities are incredible. For those into fitness the gym is the best I've seen in any hotel I've stayed in.
The rooms have everything you need, and the views are stunning.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. When arriving at the hotel we first met Fernando who went above and beyond to greet us and make us feel welcome and made our family feel special, as we were celebrating two birthdays on our trip. His customer service is impeccable and he's a credit to the hotel.

A good hotel with a nice location and exquisite personnel and service.

The rooms are pretty good. The bed is amazingly relaxing, I've got some of the best sleep here. The bathroom is very spacious, which I enjoyed.
I didn't enjoy the lack of room for clothes and luggage in general: the one wardrobe in my room was mostly occupied by the safe, so that I could actually only use the coat hangers.

I didn't get the view towards the Eiffel Tower, which I'd imagine is an amazing view. On the other side, towards the exit of the city, it's also quite pleasant.

The position was very favorable for our group, this being a business trip.

The breakfast they offer is amazing, an open buffet with plenty of choices for everything one would desire.

The staff was very receptive, kind and respectful all the time, which was very much up to the standards for this hotel.
