No doors for the shower room. Missing curtain. Feedback to the concierge but the hotel staff say it is what it is.

Aircon/heater is old and not digital.

The road outside the hotel is under renovation

Overall, it is very bad considering pullman standard.

My recent stay at this hotel was a frustrating experience marred by inefficiency, poor planning, and a blatant lack of care for guest comfort.

Despite arriving to find zero guests waiting in line, the check-in process took an absurdly long time. With four counters available, only two staff members were present—both working at a glacial pace. Ironically, after we finally checked in, two additional staff magically appeared to assist other guests. Why weren’t they there earlier to prevent unnecessary delays?

We were inexplicably assigned a room directly below the rooftop bar, where deafening noise made sleep impossible until late at night. When we requested a change, we were baffled to learn that quieter rooms on other floors were available—why weren’t these prioritized initially? The staff promised new room cards would be delivered to us, but after 20 minutes of waiting in the middle of the night, we had to trek back to reception ourselves. Unacceptable.

The lack of basic upkeep was shocking. Our first room had an empty hand soap dispenser. After moving to the new room, the body wash was also empty. How does a hotel fail to check such essentials twice? It’s careless and unprofessional.

This stay felt like a series of avoidable failures. From understaffed check-in to negligent room assignments and poor maintenance, the hotel demonstrated zero regard for guest comfort or convenience. Save yourself the hassle—choose elsewhere.
