Pullman Paris Montparnasse

We stayed here for 2 nights, and our experience was incredible. Good location, the staff was amazing, and food was excellent. We had a medical emergency with our son on the last day & the staff was very helpful in organizing appropriate care (including a translator), and extending our stay in our room. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars for service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean & accommodating throughout our whole stay.

On arrival we were made aware by the receptionist that if we sign up to the loyalty card we can have a free upgrade on our room which was such a special touch to begin our trip to Paris.

The beds are super comfortable, along with the view been outstanding.

We loved the fact we could order breakfast to our room, which we did on one of the morning’s. This was delicious & was then cleared away before we returned to our room later in the day.

We made use of the Skybar on 2 nights of our stay, this was an amazing experience & something we will not ever forget. The views, food, drink & service was exceptional!

Nothing felt too much trouble to any of the staff & we would 100% be staying here again.

We used the local experts each day we were here for support with finding local amenities and they were so kind and approachable with helping us.

We spent two nights at the hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and they were attentive to the things we needed. The location is perfect and the food is delicious. We definitely will come back soon.

The hotel is modern, clean and perfect for our trip. The facilities are incredible. For those into fitness the gym is the best I've seen in any hotel I've stayed in.
The rooms have everything you need, and the views are stunning.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. When arriving at the hotel we first met Fernando who went above and beyond to greet us and make us feel welcome and made our family feel special, as we were celebrating two birthdays on our trip. His customer service is impeccable and he's a credit to the hotel.

A good hotel with a nice location and exquisite personnel and service.

The rooms are pretty good. The bed is amazingly relaxing, I've got some of the best sleep here. The bathroom is very spacious, which I enjoyed.
I didn't enjoy the lack of room for clothes and luggage in general: the one wardrobe in my room was mostly occupied by the safe, so that I could actually only use the coat hangers.

I didn't get the view towards the Eiffel Tower, which I'd imagine is an amazing view. On the other side, towards the exit of the city, it's also quite pleasant.

The position was very favorable for our group, this being a business trip.

The breakfast they offer is amazing, an open buffet with plenty of choices for everything one would desire.

The staff was very receptive, kind and respectful all the time, which was very much up to the standards for this hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. This review is long overdue! Aldo and the entire team were so kind to us during our stay last month. We will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Paris and we plan to be back in a year or two. I attached a photo of a note that was left on our bed after we caused a technical issue upon our arrival. It was in no way the hotel’s fault that we caused a problem upon our arrival and Aldo and the management staff did everything they could to make us feel better. They even left a gift on our bed for our daughter who is on the way. The hotel is clean, with large rooms and a great location and great view. We loved the sky bar, and the food at the restaurant too! Thank you, Pullman staff. We will be back.

This hotel is amazing, the staff are sooo helpful. Mr. Fernando is such a pleasant and professional young man. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. At 1st I gave the Hotel 3stars but I absolutely had to change it because of Mr. Fernando. Please ask for him when you are in this Pullman location he is truly an exceptional employee.
Also recommend stopping by the cafe shop and ask for Ms. Valerie or Gabriel they are great and make excellent coffee.

Two weeks ago we spent 4 nights at the Pullman. The hotel was spotless, buffet breakfast amazing and entire staff were tremendous. Special kudos to Erica who also from the states, made us feel like family. She went above and beyond every time we saw her to accommodate us. She deserves to be recognized for her awesome qualities. Thanks especially to Erica for a wonderful stay and the amazing hot chocolate!!

We have just returned from a four night stay at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel. Overall we were delighted with the hotel in all respects. It reflected a modern, well managed and maintained operation.
The staff were, without exception, extremely helpful, friendly, polite, professional and keen to ensure our stay was first rate.
We had a super room with panoramic views across Paris. The room had everything we required and was serviced daily to a high standard.
Breakfast was superb with an amazing selection of food, catering for all tastes. The staff went out of their way to ensure the food was replenished quickly and efficiently. The assistant robot delivering the used crockery added to the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant! Lovely touch!
The location of the hotel was good with a couple of metro stations and one main line station close by. The Montparnasse area was a hub of activity with shops, cinemas, theatres and restaurants.
Overall an excellent experience.
