Great location very friendly staff nice rooms just wish I didn’t have to sweat while using the toilet or shower as I have to keep bathroom door shut to keep the room cooler besides that no bad things to say comfortable beds

Wonderful hotel steps away from the Louvre and walkable to every major sight. The staff were outstanding and the breakfast room service was worth the upcharge. Note hotel rooms are small in Europe, but this was such a wonderful place to stay. Hilighly recommend.

Friendly, clean, peaceful, comfortable, brilliant location. In the heart of Paris, you can walk or quick metro everywhere. After seven nights, we never wanted to leave!

Small room in prime location: right behind louvre, next to Seine, 3 mins away from line 1 metro station. Highly recommend for someone with limited time in Paris.

Honeymoon perfection.
The location was absolutely amazing, first off - but a Google map search can tell you that.
What I really loved is the room and our experience with the hotel itself. It hit a sweet spot in terms of being intimate without being invasive, charming without being antiquated.
We got the suite, on the theory that, hey - you only honeymoon once, may as well do it right. And while our room isn't particularly huge, the bathroom is ginormous, and our room definitely isn't cramped... I feel like the upgrade was definitely worth it.
There's someone on duty at the front desk 24/7, and while a lot of places say that, they often mean someone's available 24/7, but might not actually be awake or around. Not the case here. Every time I've headed out or come back, no matter how late, someone has been there - which is awfully handy.
If I can ever afford another trip to Paris, the Relais de Louvre would be my first choice. Only reason I might consider somewhere else would be so I could explore a different region of Paris on foot; the location is so convenient we've pretty much walked everywhere.
Highly recommend.

Across the street from the Louve. Very beautiful spacious rooms that are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and well knowledge. Considering the cost of food in Paris the breakfast in bed was a nice touch.

Everything was perfect, except for the breakfast that was sent to room at least half an hour later than reserved at the counter, till I made the call to the counter. And the counter lady said she forgot! Hope it was just a random case of carelessness, instead of a case of deliberate neglect of Chinese customers.

This boutique hotel is virtually across the street from the Louvre and within walking distance of many of the major attractions (Musee D’Orsay, Seine, Les Halles, Samaritan shopping, Tuileries Gardens). Several good restaurants in the area, a popular local boulangerie and a brasserie where we thoroughly enjoyed a coffee and omelet or charcuterie board and beer. Staff is just terrific and the GM Sophie is incredibly responsive. I was a first time traveler to Paris and used her recommendations to build my itinerary, hire a driver, and create an experience of art, architecture and culture that I’ve dreamed of since I was 10.
The five stars for the room is in recognition of the cleanliness and attention to detail provided by the entire staff. The breakfast was terrific for us and there was even enough to make cheese and butter sandwiches for a snack during our walk-arounds. This hotel is unique and not like a big brand. HIghly recommended! The only slight negative I could possibly put in this review is that the rooms are really small! Not much room for luggage. But they are nevertheless comfortable, air-conditioned, nicely furnished and intelligently laid out, given their size. It's an old building, like most in the centre of Paris, so the small internal spaces are just typical of the era. But everything else was excellent. Very welcoming and professional front desk staff, copious breakfast served in the room. Easy phone contact with the 24hr front desk. Amazing location right across from the Louvre, and close to an excellent restaurant (Le Fumoir), which the staff recommended, and which did not disappoint! In between 2 Metro stations, so very convenient for getting around, and right in the 1st arronsdissement, meaning a lot of what you might want to see in Paris is in walking distance anyway.

Wonderful cute hotel and very cozy room! Added on breakfast was a disappointment though. We can get better croissants in the states unfortunately.
