Facilities: The only downside is the small room; besides a double bed, there's not much space…
Service: A special thank you to Walid! When I first arrived in Paris, I developed a fever due to travel fatigue. I forgot my medication, and the pharmacies on the street closed at 10 pm. Walid patiently called each pharmacy to confirm, and I finally managed to buy the medication, allowing me to proceed smoothly with my itinerary the next day. Walid deserves a five-star review!
The room has everything. Cleaning is daily, very clean. Very poor soundproofing, every sneeze is audible. And the price is of course very high for such a hotel.
All in all, it was a perfect stay. I would recommend it 100% and will definitely be back.
The breakfast options are vast, and staff at breakfast are very kind and helpful and keep area very clean.
I used the fitness center at sister property about 10 minute walk away, appreciated that.
One tip: I found the bed to be European firm, I requested a softer bed feel and staff immediately placed a soft topper on our beds.
Their front desk staff does not miss a beat, so helpful with restaurant suggestions and tips on how to move around city.
The location is perfect. It is near the Louvre, a less busy area, and the hop-on/hop-off bus stop. The hotel is in the 'Japan town' district, which has many Asian restaurants. They are amazing! However, other types of cuisine are also available in the area.
There are complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day for you to grab in the lobby/dining area.
You can also stop at any other Hotel Malte chain hotel around Paris if you want to take a break, get a snack, etc.
Just so you know, there is a charge for breakfast, but no big deal.
We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to all types of travelers! If there are other hotel Malte in other cities, I would stay with them, too.
