In our case, the real problem has been the reception. After a reservation made on booking.com, we have kindly asked the night receptionist if he could give us a receipt to ask for a rembourse to our company. HE REFUSED, shouting to us that booking should take care of this matters and not the hotel.
Now, we knew that it was our right to receive a facture for the room and that he was clearly not aware of any of these policies, so we tried to make him reason. Long story short... the day after we called the manager who simply sent us the facture we needed, in 1 minute.
Sometimes, before shouting on others, some people should learn how to do their jobs...
We felt it was good value for the price. The facilities were a little dated, the room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable and there were upholstered chairs for each of us. The location was terrific—very close to a Paris Metro station, so we saw many sights without need of a taxi or Uber. Breakfast was included and adequate.
