This hotel was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we entered the room it stank like human feces. The room had 2 flat pillows for our double bed and as I have neck problems I asked the staff if we could have another pillow. They said no because they have none left. What hotel puts 2 stupid pillows on their bed?? How is that comfortable. What really set me over the edge is when I woke up during the middle of the night to go use the bathroom and I step into a huge puddle of water. I knew it wasn’t me cause I hadn’t showered at that point. All the sudden water starts leaking and dripping on to me. It smelled absolutely disgusting. As this was the middle of the night I told myself I would deal with it tomorrow.

The next day I go to the front desk and I tell them about this and ask what they can do about it as it was absolutely unacceptable that this is happening to guests who are staying here. After a bunch of arguing he said he’s not doing anything and I walked out. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is also in a very loud neighbourhood and our room was right across from a bar which had noisy people yelling till 5 am. I wish I took more pictures.

This is not a new review. Google tried to take this down and I had to appeal it. This review is for my visit in September 2023. Sofa bed didn’t even fit in the space, tiny room for 3 people, old wrappers and tickets under the sofa, room is worn out, fake flowers, dark hallway, zero WiFi, no drinking water, good location, friendly staff. I thought I would at least get my own bed as shown in the pictures. I asked for a different room and either you have WiFi or you have air conditioner…you can’t have both and there’s nothing they can do about it but apologize and take your money. The different room they gave me had a horrible bathroom. Black mold and old broken shower door. Bathroom and bedroom were dirty with other people’s hair still all over the bathroom. Whoever supervises housekeepers is doing a poor job. I honestly wanted to leave but no refund. I won’t be returning nor would I ever recommend this place. In fact I will be asking booking.com for my money back for this one.

85€ for a night for this room in my opinion quite expensive...

Never came here. This is a bad hotel with very bad service. The employees are rude and they are not organized

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. It’s what you would get for that cheap price. Perfect for if you’re not looking to stay at the hotel for a rest day. The sink and microwave were hidden from us, the only toilet was upstairs and was the only good thing there. Ignore all the fives stars because they are the people that enjoy bad quality hotels. The breakfast was ok but as you soon as you bit into the sausage, oil would explode in your mouth: The manager was so rude- he did the fire alarm whilst everyone was at breakfast then everyone was so thankful that it ended at to spite our joyous relief he said and I quote “do it again”. Dirt underneath beds and an old batman phone case was found underneath the couch. This clearly reflects the cleanliness. The photos are very misleading and you’ll be lucky if you get anything close to it. Even another guest asked if they were at the correct place. Clearly no one liked this and agreed with the guy. Do yourself a favour and fix those creaky stairs. The only thing good was the location because food was walking distance. Avoid this hotel or be disappointed

Since several weeks I am trying to contact the staff to have a reimbursement for this weekend, when France is in lockdown. They never responded my emails/calls and they declined to reimburse anything via booking. This is robbery and we will see us in the court!

Too noisy and small. Top location though and comfortable bed. But noise is a real problem.
